a few weeks later
it first day back to school. the first day back meant having to wake up extra early, just to look nice cause it was the first day back... not that anyone cared.
grace thought it would be an amazing idea for them to all sleep over at millie's house so they could all get ready for the first day back to school together.
spoiler alert, it didn't really go as she had planned.
it was currently 6am and grace was up making breakfast for everyone. "WAKE UP LOSERS! TIME TO GO BACK TO HELL!!" she yelled as she burst into millie's room, opening the curtains so the light was shining on all of the teens.
millie opened her eyes, squinting at the bright light. she snuggled closer to sadie who she had fallen asleep on top of. "morning cutie." sadie said in a groggy whisper. millie mumbled a quiet 'g'morning' to the red head and pulled the blanket over her head.
"GET. UP." grace said as she pulled the covers off of everyone. she got a groan from each person, and then noah fell off the bed, startling everyone awake.
"what the hell was that??" rowan asked from the other side of millie's room. "it was meee." noah said with a groan as he stood up. millie let out a big sigh of relief.
then she got up and tripped and fell over something— more like someone.
she was now on the floor. she looked down and was inches away from finn's face. "um, hi." millie said, blushing. finn smirked that stupid smirk of his, but it was a tired and groggy smirk.
making it hot, which made millie's cheeks turn a deeper shade of red. and finn's stomach to turn into a zoo of butterflies.
they were really close, and yet neither of them dared to move a muscle. instead, millie randomly burst out laughing. she hid her face in finn's chest, butterflies s swarming in her stomach.
finn started to laugh with millie, and everyone was watching them. grace even recorded them.
after 5 minutes of finn and millie hysterically laughing over literally nothing, they got up and caught their breath.
all of their friends were very confused, but they just let it be.
once millie and finn got off of each other, the friends gathered downstairs and ate the yummy breakfast grace made; waffles!!
millie was the most excited of course. finn giggled at her giddy ness, grabbing a waffle and putting it on his plate as well as some fruit. "thanks for making this grace!" gaten said with a smile. grace smiled back at the blue-eyed boy.
