Chapter 19

We are sticking to the normal story route. Sorry, but we keepin Zhaen. She will be out for most the story for a little bit, but that's because this is a Sally x Larry book and they need time for themselves. Prepare yourselves my Chibis! Much love. Lyfe loves you~!

Today was like any other day. Larry, Sal, Todd, and Ash were all hanging out. Zhaen was running a bit late and she told them to start without her. They were all hanging out at Ash's room and setting up monopoly. They wanted to have a regular day today. No ghosts. No demons. Nothing. Just five friends hanging out and playing a board game.

"Alright, Zhaen texted me. She will be here any second. She is in the elevator now." Ash put her phone down and they all nodded. They all picked their game pieces. They were playing Pokeman Monopoly. 

"I got Pikachu, because he's so cute." Ash smiled and set him on the GO space.

"Charmander is my bitch! He's fucking hot, just like me." Larry set his piece down as well and Sal rolled his eyes.

"Thought you would go for a more sexy piece but ok." Sal laughed and Larry then rolled his eyes.

"If you think a pokemon is sexy, then something is wrong with you."

Sal shrugged, "Maybe, but what's not wrong with me?"

"Point made."

"Anyways, I will pick Eevee since he has a probability to evolve into a different thing other than your vanilla evolves here." Todd sets Eevee down just as Zhaen walked in. She sat down, between Ash and Sal, and looked at them.

"Sorry I am late. I was framing a picture at my house and hammered my hand instead of the nail." She lets out an embarrassed laugh as Larry winced.

"Bad luck, dude." Larry shook his head.

"I know right. So, who's left?"

"Sal and you get to pick your pieces. Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Jiggly Puff are left."

"Sal, you should take Bulbasaur. Then you can bound Larry." Zhaen smiled and laughed as Larry blushed. Sal did too but no one could see his expression obviously. But Ash knew because his ears turned red. She laughed as well.

Sal just quietly picked up Squirtle and put it on the GO space. Zhaen picked up Jiggly Puff and did the same, "I mean, you can squirt on Larry too. Whatever is more comfortable for you." Ash  punched Zhaen's arm and she pretended like it hurt.

"Stop! Let's just start, you are embarrassing them." Ash said as she rolled the dice. Everyone rolled. Sal got a six. Ash got a three. Zhaen got a one. Larry got a one. Todd got a five. Sal was going first.

Monopoly seemed to go on for hours. But Zhaen had decided to go bankrupt. The game was getting boring and Ash was winning. Larry was broke as hell and Todd had a decent amount of properties. Sal was struggling, but he was still in the game. Todd went to take his turn but his vision flashed red once he looked over at Zhaen, she was laughing and talking to Larry about him being a shitty player.

"I know, I know. I know what I have to do." Todd mumbled under his breath and rolled.

"You ok?" Ash nudged him and looked worried.

Todd just smiled and nodded. He rolled doubles and got ten. He moved his Eevee two and landed on Chance. The card said go back two spaces and was sent to jail. He rolled his eyes then gave the dice to Ash. She looked over at Zhaen and saw her face was red. She was laughing so hard and had no clue what Larry said to her to make her laugh.

"Outta the way! I gotz ta piss!!" Zhaen got up and slipped but caught herself. She got up and darted for the bathroom. Ash smiled and took her turn. She rolled a seven but landed on her space. Ash owned most the board. She looked over at Sal, it was his turn since Larry and Zhaen were both out of the game.

Zhaen got back a minute later and sat down, "You are the worse human alive. Why would you do that to me."

"Because, I was told by a certain class mate that that word makes you laugh hella hard. I wanted to see if it was true and it was."

Zhaen lightly punched Larry's arm and nodded, "My one weakness. You are such an asshole."

"I know." They both looked back at the game and watched as Todd went out. So now it was just Ash and Sal. Todd got up and stretched.

"Seems we will be here awhile. We should go get some snacks. Larry. Want to come with me?"

"Hell yeah, Zhaen is coming too. Maybe we can buy some conditioner."

Both the brunettes laugh, "You are still hung up on that?"

"Dude! Of fucking course! I wasn't kidding, I need it to be soft for our own sexual reasons." He pointed between him and Sal. But Sally wasn't listening. He was focused on the game.

The three of them walked out. Talking about which store to go to. Well, it was mostly Zhaen and Larry. Todd was thinking of what he should do about Zhaen and he was glaring at her. She felt someone looking at her and looked at Todd.

"Do I have something on my face?" Zhaen called out to Todd and he snapped out of it.

"No, I was just thinking and you were just in the direction of my view while I was spacing out."

"OOOOKKKKKKK?" Zhaen goes back to talking to Larry. They get into the elevator and talk for what seemed like forever. They continued to talk about whatever they wanted as they get out of the elevator and outside. Walking ahead and leaving Todd to his thoughts.

Into his mind we go~

[D]Do it today Todd. Do it for Neil.
[T] Neil would never approve, I am sure we can find another way.
[D]My way is the only way, do it!
[T]Can't I just convince her to leave us alone?? I should just tell them you are here. In my head.
[D]I will leave and go to Neil, we have been over this you fool! Do as you are told or Neil will pay the price. 
[T]And if I killed myself? Then what?

The demon laughed.

[D]Fool, I have many ways to get what I want. I will get Ash to do it. Think about it, she will have to get rid of the girl she loves. Or you can do it.
[T]Ash would hate me...

Todd didn't know what to say or what to do anymore. He knew when the time was right though, he wouldn't be the one in control. It wouldn't be his mindset or his conscious. It would be that...that things. He knew he had no choice. He would rather his friends hate him, then he lose Neil.

"Todd? Dude, we are here." Larry lightly smacked Todd's cheek and he shook a bit. Todd looked around and nodded. They had walked to the nearest Mal-Wart. 

"Right, sorry. I keep spacing out."

"Whatcha spacing out about?" Zhaen walked back to where Larry and Todd were.

"Upcoming exams. They are a few months away but it's never too early to plan out your exact study schedule. What days to study on and how long. I was thinking about Monday throu-Hey, are you listening anymore?" Todd looked at Larry and Zhaen as they were slowly walking away.

"Sorry! I wanna get home before dark. And you talk too much, so I am taking Zhaen and we are going to get what we came here for, done." Larry laughed and Zhaen called him rude. But they continued towards the door.

"Idiots." Todd smiled for a second then sighed. He knew what he had to do. He had to do it, but he didn't want to. 

While they were shopping, Todd was thinking of the best way to get rid of Zhaen. He didn't want to hurt her. He really didn't. He just wanted to get her away from them so he wouldn't have to hurt her. He couldn't necessarily think about it because the demon was here. Todd sighed.
