Jack's bedroom
White House
Jack woke up because he felt something on his bed. "Morning bunny" Jackie sat grinning. "Morning kid". He leaned forward and kissed her. "What are you doing here?"Jack asked.
She playfully hit his arm. "It's your birthday of course!" Jackie smiled. He remembered! It was his birthday. He hugged Jackie tightly before they huddled together under the covers laughing.
"Oh get a room!" Bobby joked. He backed out the room before Jack could yell at him.
"Where's the kids and Bobby?" Jack asked. He put on his dressing gown and helped Jackie out of bed. "Oh they're all in the Yellow Oval Room" Jackie took his hand before they headed next door.
Yellow Oval Room
Jackie was right, the kids were next door with Bobby and Teddy and their wives.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Everyone cheered as he went in.
At the fireplace, there was gifts and there was gifts next to the window.
Jack sat down on the sofa and tore off the paper, like a big child! From Jackie he received a few Roman and Greek busts and sculptures, a watch from Omega, a JFK FOR USA tie clip and a pillow with the 'Democratic Donkey' knitted on it.
From his children, he received a few books about PT 109 and American history.
From Bobby, a copy of the record of Frank Sinatra's High Hopes with Jack Kennedy. And finally from Teddy, a photo album of photos of them as children at Hyannis Port.
Jack thanked everyone for the gifts before he left to get dressed.
Jack's bedroom
Bobby and Teddy had left for home before Jackie helped Jack into a suit.
"There's going to be a party tonight" Jackie smiled. Jack laughed. "Yes I'm thrilled" he replied jokingly. Jackie giggled before turning to go to her room.
She was then pulled back by her husband's welcoming arms. He pulled her into him and kissed her full on the mouth.
6pm
First floor of public rooms
"The First Couple of the United States!" The usher called. Everyone immediately turned around to see them descend the stairs.
The Kennedys had asked everyone to come smart but not too fancy. Jack was wearing a grey suit and navy blue tie with his new tie pin.
Jackie was wearing the black and white dress she wore to Jack's birthday party in 1963.
Everyone applauded them as they came down hand in hand. They first mingled with the guests before going into the Green Room for gifts and photographs.
In the East Dining Room, thanks to Teddy, Jackie had arranged for a photograph to come with a white back drop and they could get photographs taken.
While mingling, Jack kept glancing into the dining room as Jackie was posing for photographs with Lee and the children.
6:30pm
Soon enough, Jack approached Jackie who wasn't drinking anything but water and a bit of red wine; as she could drink that if she was pregnant.
"Hey kid" Jack smiled and kissed her passionately. "Hey bunny" Jackie smiled. "Do you want to get some photos done?" Jack asked. Jackie giggled and nodded. "I'd be honoured". They took their hands and walked to the dining room.
"Mr President!". Jack was shocked but was happy.
"Abraham!" Jack hugged Mr Zapruder. He looked at Jackie. "I asked him up for tonight as I knew you'd hired him as White House photographer" Jackie linked arms with her husband.
Abraham got to work. The couple got 4 photos taken. 1 of them hand in hand looking at each other. 1 of Jackie embraced in Jack's arms. 1 of them with the children and 1 final one of them kissing.
Jack went to pay him. "Mr President. I don't need paid" Abraham refused Jack to pay but Jack handed him a $50 dollar bill, much to the surprise of Abraham.
10pm
Two hours since the children had went to bed, Jack and Jackie snuck upstairs. They stood on the Truman Balcony, kissing and gazing out onto the city.
"Oh Jackie thank you for such an amazing party" Jack thanked his wife. Jackie smiled. "Oh it was no problem. You're my husband" Jackie kissed her husband. They kissed until they realised, they has worked their way into the living room.
"I love you Jackie" Jack kissed his wife. Jackie felt a year of happiness escape her eye. "I love you Jack" Jackie kissed him.
They went into Jackie's bedroom where they made love before going back downstairs.
