July 28th 1966

Jackie woke up and looked around. The house was quiet. She put on her dressing gown and got up and looked around for Jack. "Jack?" she called. "Jack?". She then heard "SURPRISE!" and then her husband and children jumped out on her, much to her delight. She went into the Yellow Oval Room and found the presents.

From Jack she received many art paintings and sculptures. She also received a small vase, a silver photoframe and a gold bracelet with the words 'I married an angel' engraved on the inside. When she opened the box containing the bracelet, she admired it and began to cry. "Mommy why are you crying?" John-John asked.

"Oh John, it's ok. I'm fine. It's just this bracelet is gorgeous" she went forward and kissed Jack. Caroline and John looked on in happiness. They liked seeing their parents happy. From the children she once again received a photo album of her and Lee as children and she adored it all.

Later in the day, Lee treated Jackie to lunch in the city before she returned to the Residence to get ready for the party.

6pm

"Ladies and gentlemen! The First Couple of the United States!" The usher announced. Before heading down the stairs, Jack and Jackie shared a kiss and took hands. They beamed as they came down. Once again, they wore the outfits worn to Jack's birthday in May 1966. Once again there was a photographer but it wasn't Mr Zapruder.

However the First Couple opted to get their photos taken. They got four done; each one a copy of those done at Jack's birthday.

3am

As they were talking, dancing and drinking (for Jackie, within reason) so much, they had no clue what time it was. However the loved up First Couple headed upstairs.

Yellow Oval Room

Jackie flopped onto the sofa. "Oh Jack thank you for such a wonderful night" Jackie sighed, tired from all the dancing and the excitement. Jack poured them some water and he sat down beside his wife. "Oh it was no problem. At least you enjoyed yourself" Jack clinked his glass against Jackie's. She beamed. "Well, I loved it! Especially because you were there" Jackie couldn't describe how happy she was. It was the same with Jack.

They finished their drink before he went over to the record player. He put on a record. Jackie took his hand and they danced. The song What'll I do played. Jackie clung to her husband; they would never let go.

Gone is the romance that was so divine

Tis broken and cannot be mended

You must go your way and I must go mine

But now that our love dreams have ended

What'll I do

When you are far away?

And I am blue?

What'll I do?

What'll I do?

When I am wondering who

Is kissing you

What'll I do?

What'll I do?

With just a photograph

To tell my troubles to?

When I'm alone

With only dreams of you

That won't come true

What'll I do?

What'll I do?

With just a photograph

To tell my troubles to?

When I'm alone

With only dreams of you

That won't come true

What'll I do?

When the song ended, they looked each other in the eye before kissing passionately. "I love you Jackie" Jack smiled. Jackie cried with tears of happiness. "I love you Jack" she cried. She looked at her husband before they kissed again and again. She looked at her wedding ring. Jack noticed she was looking at it.

"Jack, this will forever show that I love you" Jackie smiled. Jack kissed her. "I really regret not getting one. Then we would be united forever" Jack began to look sad. Jackie held his head and he looked at her. "Look at me Jack!" She was serious. "We will be united forever. As long as we have love in our hearts" Jackie assured him. They smiled before kissing once again.
