A kingdom must have a castle
And a castle must have a throne

I built that thrown for somebody else to sit upon
Ruling kindly, living happily and caring endlessly.

I built this city from the ground up
Caring and nurturing it like it was my child.

I carved the sculpture's and gave the roads pretty names
I carved the pathways to uncharted lands

I walked the routes to see if they would be safe
For nervous visitors to cautiously walk upon.

When they came they sweetly smiled staring at my creation
Looking around, never staying long enough to know the history.

I wait for that visitor, who's not afraid of the wild and unknown
I sit patiently praying that you'll arrive soon so maybe I can call you

My Queen
