59: THOUGHTS

You occupy a space in my head
That will never become anyone else's.
I've painted you like a neverending sunset
A moment in time that I hope will never disappear.
I've written thousands of words
But they will never put into words on how much you mean to me.

Words like a note trapped inside a wandering bottle,
Wishing to be opened by your touch
But like an impatient child
I have to wait.

My nightmares are filled by the beauty of your face.
I see you and then I see me losing you.
I see our parting ocean colliding towards each other.
I see you in the middle, drowning and I'm too far away to reach you.
But yet I'll still run towards you,
Because I will always try to save you.
Even if I were to drown with you.

So are my good dreams
The blessed night's I rename them.
You rise from the ashes of my dammed Hell
Your arms wrap around my shaking crying body
And then you hold me.
You sit right by me and you let me let everything out

An angel you are.
Perfection you have created.
You landed in a world filled with chaos
Yet you still calm the most violent of waters.
