Chapter Seven

I'M looking at my ring finger while we are waiting for the departure of our private jet. My eyes are starting to glistened with tears so I gasped for some air and looked up in the ceiling so I can stop it from falling.

I just can't help but miss my husband. I missed my Sweetie. I missed Xavier so damn much. And it really pained me to imagine what he had been through when he got the news that I died. It's not a wise decision, I must admit. Because I promised him that we will be together in this journey. To end what has to be finished, but I just can't. I can't risk it. I can't risk his life at all.

Asia made this idea that we should reset the Apollo stone so its Clairvoyant and Descendant will be changed. It's her idea, I planned the flow of everything but it's still her who orchestrated the rest so it won't be wasted if Vera and I would do something that would hasten our major plan.

The plan of resetting the stone through us was extremely difficult. It was like you will directing a major motion picture. You'll create the cast, the events, the conflict and how it should end.

And I must commend Asia for that. She indeed did this impossible plan possible with the help of her expertise to control people. If the people from Privus Trata hated my guts? They should hate Anastasia more.

I may have the brains like Einstein but intelligence would always lose over strategy and tactics. Asia can see all the loopholes that an intelligent person may fail to expect. She was like the gap that covers the holes so the plan would flow smoothly.

"Both of you should die at the end of GVA Battle 2015."

That was her alarming message that we got one Sunday morning.

Xavier and I were in Hawaii when we got her message while Vera was still on her battle in GVA 2015. We took a break when I successfully let Romualdo Arevalo took one-fourth of my wealth as per directed with this evil mastermind. Asia reasoned out, we should give Arevalo the power so he can manipulate the GVA organization and of course, to piss our little whiny Assassin named Vera.

I didn't inform Xavier about the message. Again, as much as I want to include him when it comes to Apollo, I just can't let him.

I planned out how will I make my death possible. It was not easy because I have friends who are smart enough to conclude that I faked it, especially Mom and Akihiro. In the end, I ended up using a very simple death plan. I know they would notice it but I'll be giving them a hard time. Sometimes, if you plan out something, those who are smart will think beyond the box to solve it. I used the opposite.

"I underestimated Nicholas Javier— the eldest and brother of Alastair."

Those are the words lingered on Asia's mouth when we held our Royal Meeting in an unknown island near Palawan. We are usually using this headquarters for a times like this. We held it right after we were reunited in the cemetery the night, she visited us.
