"What's it say? What's it say?" Michelle asked, standing next to Darnell as Javier reads a letter that was placed in his locker by the Coach of the football team. Javier is reading it softly to himself, hoping to be given the good news that he is starting or at least will be taking the field. He stops reading and lets the letter fall out of his hand as he slumps against the lockers.
"That's not good." Darnell says as he puts a hand on Javier's shoulder. Javier closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. He turns and slams his locker shut before walking away from the two. Michelle bends down and picks up the letter, holding it between her and Darnell.
"Vasquez, I'm sorry to inform you that you are being cut from the team due to poor performance. It isn't anything personal, but there is no need for you on the team this season. Make sure to come to tryouts next year. Coach." Michelle reads aloud. Her and Darnell look at each other and then down the hall in the direction that Javier had walked off in.

Mollie walked into the school's gym after all classes had ended and saw the other cheerleaders huddled around someone who sounded like they were crying. Mollie raised an eyebrow as she continued walking forward as the girls turned to look at her, almost with hatred. Sophie was in the middle of the circle with tears running down her face and multiple pieces of papers in her hands.
"It was her. She wrote them." Skylar said, who was right next to Sophie.
"Wrote what?" Mollie asked. She walked over to the group who took a step back from her. Sophie took a deep breath and turned the papers around, showing a bunch of hateful comments towards Sophie.
"You wrote these about me and expected no one to know?! They fell out of your locker Mollie so don't play dumb." Sophie said, standing up and growing angry.
"I would never say that about anyone." Mollie attempted to defend herself.
"Sophie, the school slut..." Sophie began to read, before crying again. The other girls comforted her, while glaring at Mollie who had no idea what to say.
"I think it's best if you didn't join the team Mollie." the cheer Coach said from the doorway of her office. "At least until we figure this all out, you'll be stripped of the title of Captain and it'll go to the next in line"
"But I never said-" Mollie tried to reason.
"Mollie. Stop." the coach said.
"Coach-" Mollie again tried to reason.
"That's a weeks detention, for the letters and for not listening. Now leave the gym Mollie."
"Just go." one of the girls said.
"We don't need someone like you on the team." Skylar said, smirking as Sophie couldn't help but smirk as well, while everyone else was looking at the ousted cheer captain. Just then Mollie realized who next in line would be, Sophie. Mollie turned around, making a fist and furiously walking away.

"So classes went fine for you?" Jade asked, leaning against the wall as Cooper put some books in his locker. He stopped and looked over at her, smirking slightly and closing his locker.
"You're in half of them. You would know." Cooper said, picking up his bag and putting it on his back.
"Doesn't mean I can't ask." Jade scoffed, rolling her eyes as the two began to walk down the deserted halls. "Have you done your paper for Professor Romero yet?"
"No, I was going to tonight. I don't get why he didn't ask for it in class today..." Cooper said as the two turned down one of the hallways.
"Well, he didn't even show up to class today to start things off." Jade said, pulling out her phone.
"Yeah, he's been strange lately." Cooper said. They turned another corner and both stopped as they saw Johnny with a girl. The girl was laughing and twirling her hair as Johnny smiled and had his arms above her head against some lockers.
"Isn't that Sophie Ford?" Jade asked.
"You mean Storm's girlfriend?" Cooper asked. Jade looked at him as to question who that was. "Danny. The guy who was with us in the box."
"No way." Jade said, taking a quick picture of the two as they leaned into each other and kissed. Cooper's eyes widened as Jade grabbed his arm and pulled him down the hallway they had just came from.

Danny sat on one of the benches at wrestling practice, gripping onto the bench tightly as he worried about his newfound strength. He hasn't had to wrestle anyone since coming across the ability and feared he could really harm someone since he didn't know how to control it. Sweat slowly rolled down his forehead as he panicked, getting closer to his turn to get on the mat with one of his teammates. He couldn't handle it and stood up. He walked over to his bag and grabbed the pair of basketball shorts and his shirt that he put on over his wrestling uniform.
"Where are you going Storm?" the coach asked him. Danny remained silent as he grabbed his bag, walking towards the door. "Storm!"
"I can't!" Danny shouted back.
"You walk out that door and you're off the team!" the couch hollered. Danny continued walking, leaving the room as he walked down the hall, staring at his feet. He put his hand in front of his face, and was clearly not watching where he was going.
Danny looked up just as he had walked into Jade, who had suddenly moved to the side. Some sparks of lightning were coming off of Cooper who had his hands on Jade's hips. The two looked at each other and then took a step away from each other.
"Hey, you two are from..." Danny said.
"Yep." Jade said with a nod.
"That's us." Cooper spoke shyly. The two looked down at the ground as Danny continued to look at them.
"Well um, nice seeing you two." Danny said as he began to walk again. He stopped and turned around to look at them again. "Have you two seen Sophie?"
Jade and Cooper looked at each other before looking at Danny and saying, "No." at the same time. Danny cocks his head to the side and looked confused.
"She's supposed to be staying after to meet me when I got done." Danny said as he was about to turn down a hall.
"Don't!" Cooper said, closing his eyes and sticking his hand. Jade looked at him with wide eyes, as Cooper took her phone. "We don't know if the two of them are still down there."
"Two of them?" Danny asked. Cooper shows Danny the photo Jade had taken and he becomes more serious. The veins in his arms almost pop out as he clenches his fists. Cooper gives the phone back to Jade and the two return to not making eye contact.
"Thanks." Danny mutters as he walks down the hall, not bothering to look for Sophie as he leaves the school.
