Drew pulled out a small object out of his back pocket, using his free hand to lightly slap the custodian's face. The custodian jumped awake after a few slaps, looking around the room worriedly. Kayleigh stood with his arms crossed, staring at the man who saw the teenagers all in the special jail cell.

"Hey buddy." Drew said, grabbing his attention. The man looked up at Drew, his body shaking from the fear. "Yeah, keep looking at me."

"Get it over with." Kayleigh said. Drew took the small device, which looked like a pen. He pressed the only button on it, and a bright light flashed in the man's face. His eyes went wide, and his pupils shrunk. Soon after, the man passed out again, hitting his head on the floor.

"All done." Drew said, putting the device back into his back pocket. Cooper, Javier, and Jade all let out sighs of relief as Mollie and Danny began to finally wake up.

"Now get him out of here and back to the school. I'll deal with them." Kayleigh instructed. Drew nodded his head, picking up the man and throwing him over his shoulder.

"Anything for you boss lady." he said with a smirk. Kayleigh rolled her eyes, walking over towards "The Box" while Drew left with the custodian. "You five need to realize when and when to not use your powers."

"It was an accident." Mollie spoke up, slowly getting to her feet as she looked at the others. "None of them are to blame."

"Honestly, we shouldn't be having this conversation. You five are smart enough to realize other people have eyes and can spot a weird super power taking place. This isn't the movies. You won't be seen as heroes. You'll be seen as freaks. That's why we want to help you. And it doesn't matter who was responsible, any of you could have slipped up. Now, Drew was able to handle the situation quickly, but if it happens again... well it won't be good." Kayleigh finished up her speech with a threat. The five stared at her, not sure how to respond.

"Can we leave now?" Jade asked, her arms crossed and clearly bored of the situation they were in.

"Yeah. Fine." Kayleigh sighed. She grabbed her tranquilizer gun and the five realized what was about to happen.

"Great. Again." Javi sighed while Kayleigh aimed the gun at him.

The next day at school, Cooper and Jade were walking in together. Over the main hallway was a banner, advertising Homecoming. The two looked at each other, both scoffing at the formal event that every student loved to go to. Well, every student except them. Pieces of paper were hung up on the walls and even on lockers advertising the event and showing who was running for King and Queen. A few students who weren't very popular had thrown their names into the competition, but two names stuck out in particular.

"Vote Johnny Flash and Sophie Ford for your next Homecoming King and Queen." Cooper read off a flyer he had ripped off his locker. He shook his head, crumpling up the paper and tossing it into his locker.

"I can't imagine the massive ego boost those two would get if they won." Jade said, leaning against the locker next to his while he got out the books for his first class.

"I can. Johnny will parade around each day with the stupid crown they give him." Cooper said closing his locker. Jade smirked, trying not to laugh.

"He would definitely do that." Jade said. The first bell rang, causing the two students to sigh. "Catch you later." she said, punching his shoulder and walking by him. Cooper smirked to himself, turning his head and watching her walk away. He turned his head back around and took a step forward. Before he even moved, Cooper bumped into someone and both people stumbled backwards.
