NOTE: Kim Jisoo here is a guy so don't get confused.
My life's a mess. Whose life isn't? Well, yeah. Not everything in my life is a mess. Just one part. No, make it two. Make it three. Oh gosh, make it four.
I couldn't believe that at my young age, I have these problems. I hate it. So hate it.
I took a drink and slammed the door of my bedroom.
"Jennie, are you there?!" My mom.
"Yeah."
She went up to my room. "Jennie you smell alcohol. Did you drink?!"
"Mom, it was just a can. Two cans rather."
She grasped my arm and shouted. "I told you not to drink anymore." She dragged me all the way to the bathroom. "...And you have five failing grades Jennie! For Pete's sake Jennie, five!"
"Mom. Ouch. My teachers said they didn't like my project!"
"You're grounded for the rest of your life!" My mom.. yes, my loving mom locked me inside the bathroom.
"Mom I hate you! I hate you! You're... you're...ruining my life!" I shouted my lungs out so that she'd hear me. It was cold inside the bathroom and the lights were out. I sat with my knees up on my chest. I was crying. My mom never loved me. Never.
I saw a window and I knew I could fit in there. I moved out.
I walked away from our house. My mom never loved me. I so hate her too.
I decided to go to the school's gym to visit my boyfriend. "He'll love to see me. He loves me. I love him."
I heard a noise from the locker room of the gym. I was on my way to my boyfriend-- the MVP of the Basketball team, when curiosity struck me. I went to the sound's direction and as I took a step, my heart increased its rate. It was suspenseful. What if it was only the janitor cleaning? What if it were the opponents of our school's team? But what if it was the coach doing something unusual, untidy? Naahh.. Maybe he wouldn't do that. But what if? Who knows? Every step was heavy for me. I felt that something bad would happen. Something really bad.
"You're unbelievable." That was all I could say. Tears started to fall from my eyes as I saw the figure. I ran away.
"Jennie wait up!"
It wasn't the janitor. It wasn't the coach. Definitely they weren't the opponents of our team. It was a guy. He was my boyfriend, and my boyfriend was making out with a girl. Oh gosh. Even my eyes couldn't believe it. My boyfriend for two years did cheat on me. He cheated me.
I ran as fast as I could feeling the raindrops fall on my face together with the tears that formed in my eyes. I ran towards the football field. It was my place. The night was dark, surprisingly there were no lights in the place. There I was, alone and crying.
"She is the cheerleader, he is the MVP of the team. Wow. Perfect match." I talked to myself.
"Who could've thought they weren't an item? I was nothing compared to her. She got the looks, the body, the brain, everything... She even got lots of friends. As for me, I don't even have the body. Everyone hates me..." As I said those words, tears continued to fall from my eyes. "He was the only one I loved that much. But he broke my heart into pieces.." The rain continued to pour.
"I hate this life. I hate Kai. I hate love. I hate myself. I hate friends! I hate everything!" I shouted. Then, I was crying again. Crying hard.
"Will you hate me too?" I heard a voice from my back. I was taken aback. I turned around.
"I hate you all!" I shouted at the person. The person wore a helmet used by football players and I couldn't see the face. But I was sure he was a guy and he wasn't Kai.
"What are you doing here? Can't you feel it?" He opened his arms sideward. "It's raining."
He pulled my hand. "C'mon! You'll get sick!"
I didn't know what happened next. All I could remember was the jolt of electricity that I felt when his hand touched mine.
