~the following school day~
~after school~
I waited him outside of the building where his last class is. As it felt like, he is going to take a few more minutes. I whip out my phone and started to play this new game that recently became popular. It was a really simple game. Just avoiding traps and the monster running behind me. When I made it to the three stage, someone blocks my vision thus making me lose judging by the scream that emits from my phone.
"Guess who," a very familiar voice says.
"Hmm, let me think. Is it Kihyun?"
"Bingo," Kihyun shouts and withdraws his hands.
"Are you ready to go home," I asked.
"Not yet. Eomma asked me to go to the supermarket to buy some stuff for dinner. Oh, I also told her you would eat dinner at my place too. Is that okay?"
"Yeah. I am not going to miss out on eating your mom's food," I said with a smile.
"Okay, then let's go," Kihyun says and started to walk to the front gate of our school. When we got to the sidewalk, I felt something brushing up against my hand. I looked down to see Kihyun touching my hand with his as he walks. When I looked back up, I found him blushing ever so slightly. I chuckled at how cute he is being and took his hand into mine.
I squeeze his hand lightly and began to swing our joined hands back and forth. He smiles widely, which in turn made his eyes smile too. I returned his smile with one of my own. We continued down the street and made some turns before we finally ended up at the closest supermarket to our school.
Kihyun grabs a shopping cart and pushes it toward the entrance. I got behind him and caged him in by grabbing the handle of the shopping cart. "Put your feet on the rack," I told him.
"Why?"
"Just do it," I said.
"Okay," he says in an unsure tone and does it. Then, I ran while pushing the cart fast.
"Yah!!!! Stop it," he exclaims while laughing.
