Kihyun

~the next morning~

I could feel sunlight poking me as I slowly regained consciousness. I muttered something unintelligible under my breath as I rubbed the sleep away from my eyes. Hyunwoo grunts from behind me and tightens his hold around my waist. I didn't want to go to school yet, so I snuggle closer to his chest and rubbed my face slightly onto his chest. I sighed in content.

As I was about to fall back asleep, I felt him press a kiss to the crown of my head. I looked up to see him looking at me with half lidded eyes. He kisses me on the forehead and smiles, which made me laugh. "Good morning," he murmurs.

"Good morning," I replied and kissed him on the cheek.

He hums happily at this and says, "I can get used to this..."

"Well, don't get to used to it," someone says. I turned and found my dad standing in the doorway.

"Appa," I groaned and buried my face into the pillow.

My dad chuckles before saying, "Your Eomma is almost done making breakfast. Come down soon."

"Okay," we both said. He nods and exits my room. I sighed and tried to sit up, but Hyunwoo prevents me from doing just that.

"Come on. We have to go down soon or else they will come running into my room to make sure that we are keeping it PG," I said.

"Just a few more minutes," he whines sleepily.

"No," I said and grabbed both of his cheeks before squeezing lightly. He grimaces and smacks my hands away from his face.

"But..."

"We got to go to school. I can't miss today's math test," I said and threw the blanket off of us. I shivered at the change in temperature, but still got off the bed. I grab something random from my dresser to wear and walked into the bathroom that is connected to my room.

After I got dressed, I threw my sleeping clothes onto my chair. A few minutes later, I heard Hyunwoo groan and some shuffling. In the next second, he comes up from behind me and places his chin on my shoulder. He turns his head and kisses me on the neck.

By the time we finished freshening up and getting dressed, I could smell some fried rice. On our way out, we grabbed our backpacks and went downstairs.

"Good morning, Appa and Eomma," I said as I took a seat at the dining table.

"Good morning, Mr. and Mrs. Yoo," Hyunwoo says as he takes a seat next to me and helps himself to some fried rice.

"Good morning, kids~," my mother sang as she came out of the kitchen with a plate of eggs.
