Hyunwoo

"Hyunwoo ah, dinner is ready," my mom calls out to me.

"I'm coming," I shouted back before returning to plug in my phone as it was on low battery. The second I did so my phone began to ring. It was someone I didn't know. But, for some reason, something compelled me to pick it up anyway.

"Hey, if this is a telemarketer, you ca-,"  I began to say but was interuptted.

"Hyunwoo hyung, it's me. Jooheon," the tele- Jooheon says in a urgent manner.

"Jooheon? How did you get my phone number," I asked as I never got Kihyun's friends' phone numbers but their Line IDs only.

"That's not important right now! Kihyun hyung- Kihyun- he-," he stammers.

"What is it? Spit it out," I demanded as the way he was talking made my blood run cold somehow.

"He's gone. I- I don't know where he went," he says in a panicking tone.

"What," I shouted and subconsciously dropped my phone. I instantly thought the worst and racked my head for what I should do. Distantly, I can hear Jooheon shouting Hyung through the phone. I snapped out of my trance and quickly picked up my phone before holding it against my ear.

"What did he say before he went missing," I half shouted-half asked as I anxiously dragged a hand through my hair.

"He said he was going to the bathroom and... When he didn't return after a while, I went to look for him and... he was no where to be seen. I also found a button that's from his shirt on the floor. Oh my god! I should have went with him! I'm so sorry, Hyung," Jooheon says with a shaky voice.

"I-," I began to say but stopped as I was not sure what to say in this kind of a situation.

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! How can this be happening," Jooheon asks worriedly.

"Listen, Jooheon. Gather up the guys and search the whole aracade. I'll call the cops and come over as soon as possible, okay?"

"Okay," Jooheon says before hanging up on me. I instantly dialed the phone number of the detective who is working on this case and told him what's going on. He tells me that the cops that they will find him. After that phone call, I grabbed my wallet and a jacket before rushing out of my room.

"Hyunwoo ah, I was wondering when you were going to come downstairs. The food is getting cold," my mom says when she sees me.

"Can't. I got to go," I said hastily as I went to the front of our house.

"What?! Where," she asks as she comes after me.

"Kihyun is missing. I got to go find him," I said quickly as I shoved my feet into my sneakers.

"What? He's missing. Oh, no! Do the police know," she asks.

"Yes," I said before throwing open the door and leaving.
