Ch. 78: Fooling Around in Church (Part 2)

Kihyun glares at me before stomping on my foot hard. I grunted out of pain and bit my lower lip to stop it from spilling out of my mouth. Mrs. Yoo looks over at us and holds a finger in front of her lips before turning her attention back to the sermon. 

The father talks on and on for a long stretch of time before he says that we will take a break for 15 minutes and then the service will continue. "You two can go off on your own. Us parents are going to catch up," Mr. Yoo says.

I pulled Kihyun up after I stood up. Kihyun opens his mouth to protest but I dragged him away to a hidden part of the church that we had played in when we were younger. "Wow, this place hasn't changed much,"  I said as I hadn't come back here since Kihyun left.

"I cleaned it up when I came back," he replies.

"Oh...," I said as I took a seat on the couch. I padded the space next to me silently asking him to sit next to me. He crosses his arms and looks at me with an unimpressed look. "Okay, I'm sorry. i should not have fooled around in a house of God," I said as sincerely as possible. 

"You better. This is a holy place. We cannot do such things here," he says as he comes closer.

"But, us being gay...some people say...is a sin."

"Those people are ignorant. There is nothing in the Bible that says being gay is a sin. Those people just twist God's words and use it as a weapon," he huffs and plops down next to me. I took him into my arms and pressed a kiss to his right temple. "What did I just say," he asks before clicking his tongue.

"It was only a harmless kiss. Surely, we could at least do that in church," I teased.

"I suppose," he mutters under his breath after nodding. I chuckled and nuzzled his hair before hugging him closer to me and then peppering the left side of his face and neck with kisses. "Yah! Stop it, Pabo,"  he laughs and pretends to try to get away.
