"Seems you've got plans for today"Mom said to me as i came down to the living room fully dressed in a Brown sleeveless knee length dress,a Saint Laurent block heel suede tie up sandal and a black cross bag.

"Paul's taking me out"I replied

"Oh,try to get back home early enough"

"I sure will mom.You haven't told me how i look"I said pouting.

Mom chuckled"you look beautiful dear,you always do".

"Paul's here"I said looking through the window

"I'll see you later mom,take care".
I gave her a peck on the cheek and went outside to meet Paul.

Paul and I have been dating for over four months now.I had met him through Erica-my best friend.
Paul moved over here because some crazy business competitor was threatening Paul's father so they suggested he moved to Kentucky since he's the target,as heir to his father's empire until everything was sorted out.

He was staying with Erica-his cousin until he got a job at a library and got a small apartment for himself.

This wasn't our first neither was it our second date.Ever since we started dating,he would get me gifts,take me on shopping sprees,take me out to fancy restaurants for dinner,we would go to the movies,to the beach and we would go bowling at times.

"You look great babe"I complimented him

"Thanks love" he responded "and so do you ".

"Where are we going this time?"I asked

"Wait you'll see,it's a surprise".He replied

"I sure do love surprises"I said mostly to myself.
