Jungkook POV
As the bell rings to dismiss us from class so that we can head to lunch, Jimin leans over and pecks my lips. I giggle softly, smiling over at him before picking up my notebook and putting my things away in my bag. Jimin just wears a lazy smile as he puts his things away before he stands up just seconds before myself. He instantly takes my hand in his, lacing our fingers together before we begin to exit the classroom.
I just wear a small smile as we go, meeting Namjoon and Hoseok outside of the classroom. They both eye us with knowing smirks, confusing the hell out of me. I ignore it though, just focusing on Jimin as the four of us walk away from our class and head off towards the lockers.
"Jiminie, are you free after school today?" I ask softly, looking over to him as I bite my lip in hopefulness. He lets out a quiet sigh as he looks over at me with a tiny smile, reaching up and releasing my lip from my teeth. I blush lightly, now knowing just why exactly I shouldn't be doing that unless I'm trying to get something like what happened Saturday.
"Sorry, baby. Weekdays aren't a good time for me. I'm super busy after school each day. I'd be free on the weekend though, if you'd like to do something?" Jimin offers sweetly, that tiny smile still on his lips, though seeming to struggle just a bit to stay up in place. I grin, leaning down and kissing his cheek.
"If you're not busy, yeah, I'd like to go out and do something." I respond quietly with a shy grin. He chuckles at my reaction, nodding his head.
"Yes, baby, we can do that." Jimin answers kindly. I just grin down at the floor as we continue on our way to everyone's lockers.
The four of us fall silent once again, soon reaching Namjoon's locker first. He doesn't take long, just tossing his things in at the top and then shutting it again. After that, we make our way over to Hoseok's locker, him taking a little bit more time to set his things in his locker neatly, surprisingly keeping everything organized. The two of them begin whispering to each other, having a hushed conversation once we leave his locker though.
I try to ignore it, not wanting to think much about it as we head off to the next locker.
"We don't have to stop at mine today." Jimin speaks up as he takes us down another hall, assumingely a different route to get to my locker from his. I look over at him in confusion, not getting why he wouldn't want to stop over at his.
"Jimin, are you sure? You could just leave your bag in there while we're off at lunch. It's not like you'll be needing it during lunch. And we've had plenty of time to stop at your locker before heading back to class after lunch too." I question, absolutely bewildered by this sudden decision of his. He just shrugs though, not looking up to meet anyone's gaze as he keeps his eyes facing forward in front of him.
"I just don't see the need. I've already got everything I'll need for our classes this afternoon anyways. It just seems like it'd be a waste of time to me." Jimin argues before pursing his lips. I frown slightly, still not completely convinced.
"You're sure, baby? We really don't mind stopping at your locker so that you won't have to lug it around during lunch." I offer one last time. He just nods his head though, not bothering to verbally respond.
"I'll actually meet you guys there. I'm gonna stop at the bathroom." Jimin mutters quietly before veering away from us. I just bite my lip, looking down at the floor as I let the other two lead the way. Something definitely seems up with him, but I have absolutely no idea what the hell it would be.
"So, Jungkook, we've got a question for you." Namjoon speaks up, causing me to look over at the two boys with a curious expression. Their smirks don't give me a good feeling about what's about to be asked, but you know what they say: curiosity killed the cat...
"Okay? What is it?" I question reluctantly, stopping as we finally reach my locker.
"Well, it's just that you and Jimin seem to be getting pretty close, and we really couldn't help but wonder... Do you think you've actually fallen in love with Jimin?" Hoseok asks, looking over at me curiously.
I bite my lip, staying quiet for a moment as I mull over their question. I know technically, Jimin and I haven't been together for more than around a week now. It'd probably be considered moving kinda fast or probably a little dumb if I said that I've fallen for him, but to the same note... I really truly think I have. Jimin truly is so incredibly sweet and kind and caring with me, and he's not bad looking either.
"Honestly? As bad as this is probably gonna sound,... Yeah, I really do think I've fallen for him. I think I've fallen for Jimin." I answer, looking up at them at the end.
