I looked at Stella, looked around. Bell and Geer were looking at me too. Spells have "draw-backs". Hidden results. I had achieved. I had done, as desired. I stood just in front of Stella holding EB..."She's not completely human. She needs to be in tune to all parts.." I lightly touched her arm...She gave me a wide eye look.
In her "becoming"?...Or....Making? Something or someone was called a upon. She doesn't know her true self, she was a blank page....Ready to start a fresh. With us. Things came back. We keep mentioning this creature girl. There is more to her than we know, I sense it with Ethan (Nothing is ever what it seems!) Maybe this was the draw back to my spell....EB was still what we knew her to be : A young woman. Well, maybe there was a creature too, that just wanted to stretch a little.
I touched the collar, Ethan has one too. Makes sense. He's a human form (A dead one) but he's a little of other things! A whisper just behind my left ear told me, protection had been granted. Stella hugged EB, then cupped her face..."I'm taking you outside (Quick shooting glance to me) Trinity will be making all drinks, and thinking over what she has just done. You need some air. Come petal, nature awaits!.."
Stella wasn't pleased about the collar, I was stunned that had happened (A very odd side effect) Bell moved up to me, Geer was just behind her...."Trinity, don't worry about what's happened. You need to keep practicing. We will help with the drinks....Then, we'll try again.."
Stella took EB into the garden, they sat on a bench.
"Have I done something wrong? I know I'm odd. I have things happening within me...I don't feel like me sometimes.." EB lightly touched the metal, peeped at Stella. Stella grinned back at her, her short spiky was showing good signs of growing. Stella looked right into her china blue eyes, EB was trying so hard of late to be "normal"....To be "human". To keep her forked tongue out of sight.
(She practiced human gestures, responses. Combed her hair to make it grow. Stella had once found her poking her face in the mirror!)
EB was a very attractive young woman. Briar had spun her spells well, called upon all the most respected sources. The most powerful. Briar knew her shit!
"EB. Clear your head. Listen.." The young woman closed her eyes, her rose bud lips pouted, then frowned. "Listen for the wind. Listen for the branch's....Do you hear the birds? They are asking for nothing....But, maybe something that is you.." Stella watched EB closely, EB then stood...Removed her clothes.
"Stella. This is me. No cover..." EB handed Stella her dress. Stella stood, put the dress aside....Looked back at EB. Her herb witch side was telling her something, EB needed to be at one with the earth. To be the young woman she so badly wanted, she needed to allow the her natural side through. Without a balance from within - The magic EB could do, the person she hoped to be wouldn't happen, the creature she was - Would pull her a part.
Stella took her arm..."Let's go for a walk, I want to show you a garden we have here. Clark likes to visit it too.." EB's eye went a warm blue.
"I can be me? Your not scared of me? Embarrassed? No?..." EB stopped Stella, looked into her face. Stella shook her head.
"No. Never. My gran was often in the nude. Smoked a joint or two....Did a lot of things in her birthday wears. Told me it was the only way to be!.." Stella shook her head at the memory, pulled EB close, pecked her nose with a kiss. EB giggled with delight (Her tongue peeped from her lips)
The two had a lovely hour or two....EB twirled in the sun, rolled in the leaves....Was held by Stella, kissed and hugged under a shady tree. They examined EB's form. While walking in the sun....EB had a light glitter to her skin. EB was worried by that, Stella tried to reassure her. But wasn't sure what explanation would explain completely.
