Clark and Benton guided Ethan to a room not well known (The mansion had a few of those) there was the basic floor-plans of rooms - Lounge rooms, living rooms, reception rooms, dining (Formal and in-formal), garden rooms, library, men's and ladies rooms. The list could go on. The mezzanine floor had always a secret favourite of mine.

But, the spirits had a few too.

Rooms that had been made, but they were storage cupboards and shelves within the walls now. When the builder's had built the mansion, they had "added" support spaces. A bit further into the building process - Theses spaces were filled in.

Clark and Benton sat Ethan in a chair within one of the "unseen" rooms. Ethan's head did a quick spin...He then looked up to Benton, then Clark. His body was still burning/buzzing a little. A shadowy hand rested on his shoulder (Ethan's soul had seen a moment where it could have slipped right back to his body!) But, the risk of being seen by Scarlett - Had made it hold back. It was still silently cursing it's self though)

A gap in the flesh, and it had to keep it's self still on the outside!

Ethan felt shadow fingers claw his shoulder.

"He is back with us. I know what your thinking, Benton. He's her's! But, we have him. We know best for him. Trinity can see him, she can have as much time as she likes with him. Benton. He is back with us..." Clark knelt down in front of him, took both his hands...."Boy. Look at me. I know it touches you. It wants back in. Ethan? Look at me. Good. You need rest. Yes, Trinity will return. Ethan? Your to stay here, in this chair. No moving..."         Gave him a stern nod.

Ethan pouted, he flicked a look to Benton.    The chains would come next, then a room with a locked door.     But, I was a witch. A Supreme witch!     I could unlock any door (Or break it down. He hoped I'd go for the "unlocking" option first)       A wave of wariness hit him (He'd been doing so well)    Beyond the point he thought he might lose it.

Clark placed a blanket over him, Benton firmly tied the blindfold.       Ethan sat as still as he could, listened for his two keepers to leave. He heard a door (Waited one minute more) moved his hands (Free)...Then his feet (Free too)

Nothing had been put on him! No chains!

Ethan slowly wriggled.   Felt a sharp pull. His waist!    They had placed a chain around his waist.      Clark and Benton stood watching as the penny dropped, they shared a concerned look (They both felt shameful in their actions)

"Ethan.    We had to do it.    Trust us.   I know you don't....But.    It had to be done.  Trinity's parents are Supervisor witches. Even our new Supreme will be under their eagle-eye..."      Benton glanced at Clark...."And, as for the "coven".     Their going to be on their best behaviour too!.."        Benton watched Ethan a minute more.     "Someone needs to stay with him. It can't be us....Geer!   Bell!.."

Two spirit figures appeared, strict instructions were given.     Clark and Benton made their way back to the living room.

"EB is next on my list of people to get out of that room.."       Clark glanced at Benton, he nodded back.

"Good day to you too, mother dearest of mine.." My hands suddenly found themselves sitting on my hips, I had slight a frown to my face (I was mentally gearing myself up for a moment of defending an ill-thought out answer to an easy question) Mom's questions were always "easy", it's just the answers were hard. As a teenager, I was forever hiding something.
