"Sweetie are you still not done? We really need to go now, we still have to take a one hour drive from here" I was stopped on arranging the pile of documents on the table on my room as I heard my mom spoke and knock on my door

I turned my head to her "I'm almost done mom, I'm just looking for some certain documents I needed for my work"

I answered as I continued scanning the pile of documents on my table, I found the papers I needed then put them to the transparent folder I'm carrying

"You really don't have to do this sweetie, me and your dad can enter you to financial sector of our company without a sweat" mom said crossing her arms while she stands next to me.

"Mom you know how I like to make my own name" I answered her again.

My mom and dad has been persuading me for years to work with them along with my brother in the board of our company, I know I have the privilege to but I choose to earn my name without their help. Turning out to me, Jennie Kim, their daughter who graduated with honors was one of the employees in the well-known Kim Industries.

"You know it's so weird for our own daughter working as an employee under our own company" mom rebutted again

"Mom I thought we already talked about this.." I said as I grab my phone from my bag to check for Lisa's message and there is none, guess she's still in her flight with her dad.

My mom groaned beside me "Fine, you're really stubborn like your wife. Speaking of her, what time will she arrive with Marco? Stephen and Veronica really wanted him to come, that man makes the Kim's laugh when he is around"

"She called me earlier and said they will be arriving at 3 in the afternoon, they'll catch a direct flight to Busan" I answered as I take a look at my Rolex watch

"Mom it's 2 now, we're gonna be late!" I exclaimed and hurriedly put my folder on my Chanel bag.

Mom and I then proceeded downstairs where my father is waiting with his white long sleeve folded into his forearms and black slacks. He stands up from sitting on our couch when he saw us walking in our stairs

"Daniel let's go now" my mom said and went beside him, dad bore his eyes on me

"You get everything that you need in your room princess?"

I nodded and smiled, I'm already married but he is still calling me that way "Yes dad, let's go. Our relatives are probably waiting for us now" I said as we walk outside our house

I opened the door of our car in the back seat and went inside, my mom on the front seat.

"Where's Namjoon?" I asked when dad navigates his car, I put my back pack beside me.

"He's already there along with your cousins" mom answered before she answered a call on her phone, probably from one of my relatives asking where we are right now

"We're now on our way Phine. We just get out of Seoul, we'll be arriving soon" my mom spoke and continued talking to her phone while dad drove away from the busy streets of Seoul.

I grab my phone out of my bag to call my cousin Jisoo. I was staring outside the car's window waiting for her to answer my call, after several rings, my cousin finally answered

"Yow Jendeuk! Why did you call? He is fine alright, he's playing with Rose now" she spoke tamely as if she already knew the reason why I called. I could hear my relatives loud laughter's on the other line, I think they are now partying?

"Really? Is he not crying or looking for me?"

"Uh yes actually earlier on our drive but we manage to entertain him here now with us! Kai and the others are playing with him now he-hehe" Jisoo answered nervous
