Chapter 12 : Control room

Ed Regis, Claire, Masrani and Hamada entered in the control room – which was where the security was overseen. The room was dark and had very particular computers. They were touchscreen console commands. Even the keyboard was a touchscreen. It was very similar to the NASA control room. Giant screens were displaying a map of the island, statistics and security cameras.

The group headed towards a young woman and a young man apparently overseeing the other technicians.

« Mr. Hamada. These are our main security overseers. » Claire said. « I'm Lowery Cruthers. », « Hi – Lowery. Isn't your office a bit childish ? ». « You will have to excuse to Lowery. His passion for dinosaurs is ... extreme. » Claire explained. « Who is the lady ? » Hamada asked. « I'm Vivian Krill. » she answered. « What's up today ? » the Park Operation Manager asked. « We got two lost children and a sick Pachicephalosaurus. », « Lowery, Vivian. Show the control room to Mr. Hamada. ».

« Here Mr. Hamada we have cameras watching Jurassic World 24 hours and 7 days. No paddock – no attraction – no shop is unsupervised. We can easily control everything thanks to these touchscreens. », « Not to mention that every animal has a GPS tracker allowing us to monitor their every move. We also built seperate enclosures to avoid the disaster of the first park. », « We can track the animals via a satellite of Masrani Telecom. », « The head of security will be coming soon. Masrani – Regis – Claire and Hamada altogether decided to go to the Torvosaurus Paddock which was the main reason of Hamada's visit.

In the meantime – the US 11th Fleet was now on DEFCON 4 alert which meant that every sailors from every ship was now braced for combat situation. Which meant that even Murphy – Nolan and their men wore their combat gear even if they were only on standby for the moment.
