Chapter 43 : Attack the park

In Jurassic World – it was already dusk time. Owen – Maisie – Claire – her nephews – Maddy and their escort as well as the visitors they rescued were now at the Mosasaur arena of the now empty park. Claire was phoning to Lowery as Owen and Maisie were cradling Gray and Rollins and Hill were scouting the surroundings for any threat. Then a bombing sound was heard and two Navy planes flew over everyone's head. Claire then turned to Owen and Maisie. « Masrani – Hoskins and Hamada are at the control room. Hoskins and Masrani plan to use your raptors as trackers to kill the allos. », « What ? », « Heard it Maisie. These assholes try to use our dinos to allow us to shoot these allosauruses dead. », « Sick bastards. ».

The group met another one led by Zara and a female staff member. « Glad you made it Claire ! », « Me too. But here are some survivors and there could be some infected among them. », « OK. We'll tell the Navy. ». Then Claire turned to her nephews and Maddy. « The three of us will now stick together and evacuate this place. », « I think I'm gonna kill Masrani ! ».

As the protagonists advanced to the control room leaving the visitors behind – they heard screaming behind them. It was the four torvosauruses – that camouflaged themselves and took everybody else by surprise. The carnivores then surrounded people between the pond and the arena. This prompted Owen – Claire – Maisie – Hill and Rollins to run towards the backstage of the exhibit. The backstage room was actually a small arena which was fully equiped with electonic device and much smaller than the arena itself. But as the panicked survivors rushed to the pond – they saw several dark silhouettes emerging from the water. The tylosauruses have escaped from their enclosure and were now searching for prey.

The eight-person group then ran to the console by rushing down some stairs and entering a staff only tunnel. Rollins then sat in front of the said console command and – remembering her father was a light technician in a concert room – she then looked at buttons which displayed notes beneath. She pressed on the 'Pond' button and then pushed light to the highest intensity – succesfully repelling the tylosauruses. She did the same with the 'Arena' button and the dinosaurs ran away. « This machine's simple to use » she said looking at everyone before leaving.
