Chapter Fifty-Nine

Matt's POV

I was alone in the room with just Regan. I held her small body in my arms. I watched as she slept, her little nose looked just like Bailey.

I kissed her small forehead.

"Daddy loves you, you're my first kid and ill never regret it" I said softly.

Her eyes slowly opened, her big blue eyes popped.

"You're so pretty, just like your mom" I added.

My eyes started watering, her little tiny hand touched my face. The tear rolled down my cheek and landed on Regan.

"You're daddy's little girl, dont forget that" I said as more tears rolled down my face.

Regan slowly fell back asleep, I set her back down in the crib and went back to Baileys hospital room.

I walked in to find Bailey holding the other baby and everyone gathered around her adoring it. I still didnt know what gender it was.

"Its a boy" Bailey said smiling.

"His name is Noah!" Karly said excitedly.

I walked up to the bed and everyone backed away.

He looked just like his sister but with darker eyes like mine.

Soon everyone had to leave but me and Bailey of course.

A few hours later Regan never came back to the room.

A doctor opened the door and walked in.

"Mr. Espinosa and Whites" he said sternly.

"Yes" Bailey said slowly and scaredly.

"Im sorry to say but unfortunately Regan did not make it" he said in sorrow.

My heart chrushed into 10,000,000 peices, I felt a pain in my heart that I have never felt before.

Bailey broke down crying.

"What happened?" I choked out.

"Her heart was too weak." He said.

Bailey fell on me balling, I held her head on my lap as I sat speechless, I just lost my first kid and I barley knew her. Not that we didnt forget about Noah.
