Chapter Fifteen

Karly's POV

I came home in a cast and crutches for the second time in this house.

"What happened!" Cameron said running to me concerned.

"It's my fault" Hayes said sitting on the couch upset.

"It wasn't your fault, it was mine" I said sitting next to him.

Cameron propped a pillow under my leg and turned the TV on. Hayes kept me company and made me feel better.

Dad came in the house.

"Karly and Hayes I need you guys to stay out of the way, we're having people over" He said helping me up.

"I don't think you have to worry about me being in the way" I laughed.

Hayes and Dad helped me up the stairs into my room. Hayes had never been in my room before. I watched his eye wonder around.

"You two stay up here and no funny business, and you know what I mean"

I rolled my eyes when he walked out.

"So, what do you wanna do?" Hayes asked looking around my room still.

Hayes helped me in my bed and put a pillow under my leg.

"Will you hand me my laptop?" I asked him, he handed me my MacBook that used to be Matt's.

As I turned it on I realized he was just standing against the wall awkwardly.

"You can come sit down" I said patting the other side of me on the bed.

Hayes sat down looked around.

"Have you ever watched drive through pranks?" I asked pulling up YouTube.

"Yes! they're my favorite" he said becoming more comfortable.

The whole time we sat and watched YouTube which seemed like forever.

Taylor's POV

I sent Hayes and Karly upstairs because I wanted this to be more of a surprise.

Matt and I set up the kitchen table.

When the guys and Mahogany finally arrived we talked over spaghetti a dinner.

I order pizza for Hayes and Karly and had Cameron send it up to them.

Carter, Shawn, Jack, Jack, Aaron, and Mahogany took a seat with us around the table.

"Long time no see" Carter said breaking the silence.

"So what's this all about? I haven't seen you guys in forever" Jack J said.

"Well, we were thinking that we should get everyone back together, maybe go on tour again?"

"That's a good idea but we don't have a manager or anything" Aaron said twirling spaghetti around his fork.

"We will find one" Said Matt.

"I think it would be a really good experience for Karly" added Nash.

"Wait who is Karly? your girlfriend or something" Asked Jack G.

I looked at Matt and Cameron.

"I forgot to say, we adopted" I said breaking the news.

"You what" asked Johnson spit out his water.

"We adopted a daughter, her name is Karla and she's thirteen" Matt explained.

"Well, it's Taylor's daughter" he added.

"When do we get to meet her?" asked Aaron.

"She's upstairs with Hayes" I explained.

I went upstairs to check on them, and get Karly to meet everyone else.

I cracked the door open slowly to find Karly and Hayes passed out on the bed. They better not have done anything bad.

I took the Laptop off Karly and set it on the desk.

"Karly" I whispered tapping on her shoulder.

"Hmm" she mumbled.

"There's people that want to meet you"

I helped Karly climb over sleeping Hayes. I grabbed her crutches and helped her down the stairs.

Karly's POV

Dad woke me up saying there was people who wanted to meet me.

Dad helped me to the bottom of the stairs and I walked the rest of the way.

I skipped into the kitchen on my crutches to find a couple boys, Shawn, and Mahogany.

"Hello" One boy waved.

Dad introduced me to Carter, Jack Gilinsky, Aaron, and Jack Johnson.

Wait Carter!

I finally found out who he was. I smiled big and shook Carter's hand along with the other boys.
