My lawyer had contacted me later on that afternoon after she had heard the news about Kaiser. I spoke with her on speaker phone with my parents present and we all agreed to go ahead and have her draw up the divorce papers and send them to Kaiser's lawyers. I also explained the situation regarding Swayze, which brought Joe into the situation, and we both requested that we have full sole custody of Swayze. Joe had contacted his lawyer and explained to him the situation as well and his lawyer agreed to work with mine in the custody of Swayze, all he requested for was a paternity test to be given to prove without a doubt that Swayze was in fact Joe's. I tried to not take offense to that, knowing he just had his clients best interest at heart, but when Joe eagerly agreed to it, my heart cracked a bit. I played it off as best I could, knowing he meant nothing by it, but I couldn't help but wonder if Joe had a slight doubt in his mind if Swayze was his. I mean, I wouldn't blame him. If it were me and someone came into my life again after nearly 3 years and had a child that was supposedly mine, I would question it a bit too. But with one glance at my little baby girl you knew who her father was.

"So my have two Nana's?" Swayze asked from the backseat of Joe's Range Rover.

"You sure do baby girl." Joe smiled brightly from behind the wheel.

We where currently on the way to Joe's childhood home where his family was waiting to meet Swazye, myself and my parents. Mom and Dad where behind us in the car with Renee and Jon. Colby, Pam, Corey, Kelly and their children would also be meeting us there as well. I was nervous to meet his family because I knew how close they all were. Regardless of me never meeting them, I was around for some of the phone calls Joe would take from his sisters and mother. He called his dad twice a week while out on the road, and his cousins where at his side whenever they could be. The Anoa'i family was big on the meaning of family, and I was excited Swayze was going to be apart of that.

"Is my Nana and Pop-Pop otay with dis Momma?" Swayze's little voice asked, causing Joe, Joelle and myself to chuckle.

"Yes toots, they are more than okay with this." I looked back at her.

"Two Pop-Pops?" Swazye asked.

"We call him Poppa, Swayze." Joelle chimed in looking next to her, Swayze's eyes looking toward her as well. "He gives the best hugs."

"That he does." Joe smiled, looking toward me, giving my hand a squeeze as our fingers had been interlocked since we began the drive over. "Hey"

My eyes found his before he looked back at the road. His smile was big and shined brightly on his face. He had been so excited for this all day. Everything that we had found out this morning just seemed to fade into the background and he just couldn't wait to introduce us to his family.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Yeah." I let out a breath, looking back to the road. "Just nerves I suppose."

"Don't worry baby. Trust me they will love you." He brought my hand up giving it a gentle kiss, making my heart melt.

I had a hard time ever being angry at Joe. Anytime we would argue, or his jealousy got out of hand, or our insecurities shined he could always find a way to get my anger to subside. He was my happy place and I couldn't deny that. I was still so amazed by how we had found our way back to each other after everything we had went through. But I knew this was where we were meant to be.

I took a deep breath as we turned onto a gravel road that disappeared off the main highway, leading up to a beautiful two story home. It looked so inviting. My eyes took in everything from the white color of the house with the blue shutters and the front door standing wide open. Cars where parked everywhere, making my nerves pick up even more. Joe had always bragged about how big his family was and when it came time for a family barbecue everyone was present. I couldn't fight the smile that came across my face as I could see a large lake in the distance, remembering how Joe said he practically lived in the water while growing up.
