We made our way back to Joe's parent's house after the lawyers left. Joe's family had welcomed us with open arms and I had fallen in love with them just as I had with Joe. I couldn't help but smile at the fact that he had told me all along that his family would love us. Swayze had grown fond of everyone and was becoming closer to Patricia. The bond they where growing was something beautiful to watch and it also made my heart happy when she included my mom as well. Joelle was also a big delight. I could see she was over the moon about having a little sister, and she was very protective of Swayze already.

The day had passed quickly with us making some birthday plans for Swayze, the girls playing with their cousins, us ladies having girl time and just enjoying the relaxation that a Sunday brought. Patricia had suggested that we make dinner for the men who would be back before dark, so we all where currently in Patricia's huge kitchen helping. Swayze and JoJo sat at the kitchen table with Mom helping her shuck some corn, Renee stood at the counter cutting things up for the salad, Pam was shredding some cheese, Trinity was helping Patricia with the pork chops, Kelly was gushing about how good her dough had risen for her bread, while I was mixing some brownie batter for dessert with Haven and Maxwell. I looked toward my phone as I heard the ringtone sounding off and sighed. Kelly came over to help the kids as I excused myself.

"Hello?" I asked, after answering the call.

"Wynonna hi. Hey baby."

My eyes widened as Kaiser's rushed voice came through the phone. I licked over my lips and slid out the patio doors onto the deck, peeking back inside to see everyone was busy with dinner.

"Kaiser there is a no contact order in place. You shouldn't be calling me." I spoke calmly as I walked down the few steps into the yard.

"What are you talking about? Your my wife, I can call you whenever." He spoke, calmly.

"Kaiser-"

"Are you enjoying your vacation baby? I bet you are. I knew you and Swayze would love sometime away with the company but it's time to come home now because the house is too quiet without you two." His voice was frantic, almost scary. I didn't recognize this Kaiser.

"I-"

"Some man dropped off some paper's here this morning and it's the funniest thing," He chuckled almost mechanically, "they were divorce papers and he also had your rings. But, I know this is mistake."

"It's not a mistake." I spoke softly.

"It is. It was a mistake. You can come home now baby. We can go back to the way it was before I let them talk me into bringing you back to the company. We can go back to you staying hidden and away from all those leeches that fill your head with lies."

"What lies?" I asked.

"Swayze needs her parents together and happy. She's a happy baby. She's always been happy here. So you two come home now and we can forget about everything that happened. That was a misunderstanding Wynonna. You know I'd never hurt you two." He was speaking so fast it was making my head spin.

"You put us both in danger that day Kaiser. Not to mention you have been having a whole relationship behind my back." I was growing irritated.

"Wynonna she meant nothing to me. Your everything to me. You and Swayze. Reigns doesn't deserve you. I knew he would take hold of you again and you would be blinded by him yet again."

"Joe has nothing to do with this." I growled.

"He has everything to do with this and he is not her father." He growled, scaring me.
