-Wynonna-

I had ventured back to the beauty squad two days later. I couldn't continue to sit around the hotel room and let my mind eat me alive. Roman now knew about Swayze, and even though that had my nerves on edge I wasn't going to hide anymore. I knew it would come out eventually, right now it wasn't too bad but I knew soon it would be.

Right now I was at the arena even though I didn't need to be because it was an off day. There was no show tonight, which meant I could be doing anything right now. But I needed sometime to myself. I told Kaiser I was going for a run, and seeing as the hotel was only 4 blocks from the arena I found myself here. I jogged around the backstage for awhile before making my way out to the seats and was currently running up and down the steep steps. Sweat was pouring as I continued to pound up and down the steps, but I grew addicted to the burn that was in my sides, abs, calfs, thighs and the pounding of my heart. I was oblivious to anything around me as  Bad Listener by Beartooth pounded from my headphones. I made one more dash up the steps and came to a stop, leaning over one of the bars on the seats. I closed my eyes and began the process of trying to catch my breath. I stood straight and stretched, turning and gasping as my eyes landed on Roman. He stood a few feet away watching me, which made me feel uneasy.

I pulled the headphones out of my ears and exited the music on my phone as he walked closer. I looked back up and slowly accepted the bottle of water he was holding out to me.

"Thanks." I replied, opening and taking a sip.

"Looked like you needed it." He replied, taking a sip from his own.

"Stalking me?" I asked, looking at him before I walked over plopping down on one of the steps.

"Please." He scoffed, walking over and sitting on the same step next to me. "I was here working out myself and I heard the sound of someone running and came out to find you torturing yourself."

I looked over at him and noticed he was in work out clothes, his hair up in a bun. I nodded and looked back down toward the ring as my breathing finally leveled and my heart reach an okay pace.

"Why not work out at the hotel?" I finally shot out.

"I could ask you the same question." He smiled to which I nodded. "But you always did run away from everything when something was bothering you."

"Don't act like you know me." I sighed, sipping the water again.

"Don't try to act like I don't." I looked toward him to see him smirking toward me.

"Stop it Reigns." I chuckled shaking my head.

"I'm not doing anything Henderson."

"Brooks." I looked over seeing his smile fade and he nodded slowly.

"Yeah. How could I forget." He turned his gaze away from me and I suddenly felt guilty for bringing it up. "We need to talk." He said flatly.

"No we don't." I groaned.

"The hell we don't Wynonna."

I groaned and stood, him fallowing my actions. I walked down a few steps and sighed as he gently grabbed my wrist and turned me. I tried to ignore the electricity that shot up my arm from his touch.

" 'Nonna" He sighed, using one of the names he always called me. "This isn't just about us anymore."

"I know." I sighed, looking up into his eyes, the same eyes that belonged to my sweet Swayze.

Roman's hand slide down from wrist into my hand, interlocking our fingers as he lead me into a row of seats, us each taking one. I took my hand back as I turned to face him slightly. I knew this talk needed to happen, but I couldn't say I was looking forward to it. I didn't know if we would be screaming at each other, crying, or hugging before this conversation was over.
