Chapter 16(Jerza)

*ERZA'S POV*

Light shone down from Erza's window, waking her up.

She laid in bed for a moment, trying to wake up.

She finally stood up and walked to the bathroom to take a quick shower.

Once she was out, she requiped into her daily armor and headed out to the guild.

On her way, people greeted her which she greeted back.

She saw a flower bed by a fountain and stood in front of it, noticing the blue and red flowers.

"How beautiful" she said to herself.

"Erza?" A voice behind her called out.

She stiffened up and quickly turned around.

"J-Jellal?"

"That would be me" he smiled and rubbed the back of his neck.

"What are you doing here?" Erza turned back towards the flowers.

"I was walking, but then I saw that scarlet hair of yours and came to say hello"

"Well, it's nice to see you again..I see you will be staying a few more days?" She asked.

"Yeah.. I needed a vacation anyways" he looked up at the sky, noticing the soft wind.

When he looked back, he noticed Erza was gone.

He turned his head and noticed her walking away.

"Hey Erza are you ok?" He said as he caught up to her.

"Yeah, just tired" she stretched her arms out and yawned.

"Where you going now?" He stopped walking, as the scarlet mage continue.

"The guild" she replied.

"Hey I have a um..question" he said blushing.

"What is it?" She stopped and started walking towards him.

"I was wondering if you want too..I don't know maybe go out today? If not I totally understand, I mean it has been awhile who knows maybe you won't even ta-"

"Sure I'll come" she said.

"Wait really?" He said as he arched his eyebrow.

"Yeah.." She smiled at the ground as a tint shade of red formed on her face.

She also needed a vacation from the noise of Fairy tail, so why not?

"Alright..shall we go then Miss Scarlet?" He held his arm out as she grabbed it.

"Lead the way Mister Fernandes" they laughed to themselves as they walked.

They sat on a bench across from a child's playground.

A little girl and a boy were chasing each other until the girl fell and scraped her knee.

She started crying, so the boy rushed over to her.

He kneeled down next to her, examining her knee.

"Don't cry please" he said as she sobbed.

"It's ok, I'll protect you from now on! I promise!" He smiled at her.
