On the way to the elevator, Natsu groaned and complained about just using the stairs but everyone ignored him and kept walking.
They clicked a button and waited for the doors to open.
Once the sound of a 'ding' was heard and the doors opened with 3 people walking out, they all entered the elevator.
The elevator was rather small.
Gajeel, Natsu, Gray, Mira, Levy, and Juvia, who somehow ended up with them, were all shoulder to shoulder and pressed against each other as the door closed.

"Watch your arm idiot" Gray said nudging Natsu with his shoulder.
"Shut it snowflake, why don't you move your elbow" Natsu returned the nudge which resulted into Gray being pushed into Gajeel.
"I'll personally open these doors and throw you out"
"Bring it"
"Yeah you're on!"
"BOYS" Mira yelled making them go silent.
"Let's just wait for this to be over please"
They finally pressed the button to go up, and waited.
Awkward Elevator music played while everyone was silent.

*Ding*

Once the doors opened they all fell forward, and landed out of the elevator on the ground.
They all looked up and saw patients, nurses, and doctors looking at them.
"It's all your fault" Gajeel said picking Natsu up by his scarf.
"Don't touch my scarf with your grubby hands metal head"
"Oh you-"
"AHEM"

"Here it is! 105!" Levy said as she saw Lucy through the glass window that you could see from outside.
She gasped making everyone jump.
"What shrimp?" Gajeel asked as his head turned towards the glass.
"L-Lucy" she mumbled.
Natsu immediately forcefully opened the door, revealing his blonde best friend.

She has bandages around her head, wires and tubes connected to her which was connected to a machine, her skin was covered in bruises and deep scratches which were held together by butterfly stitches, but her eyes were closed.

A nurse stood in the doorway watching the group stare at Lucy.
"She hasn't woken up since we picked her up"
Everyone quickly turned around and saw the nurse standing there.
"What happen to her?" Gray asked.
The nurse was about to answer, when a local doctor called out for her so she apologized and left.
"Well damn"

Natsu never looked away from Lucy.
