Chapter 13

I'm so sorry for not updating quickly! School takes everything out of me, ok I don't want to keep you from reading so here it is! (I made it extra long)

Natsu dragged Lucy all the way to the guild, where everyone was having a discussion.

Lucy stopped walking when reality hit her again.

"Mama.." She mumbled to herself as a tear rolled down her cheek.

"Lucy?" Natsu looked back at her.

Lucy dropped to her knees making everyone stop for a second and look.

"Lu-chan?!" Levy ran to her side.

"It's gone..Levy..it's gone" she mumbled as more tears fell on the floor.

"I couldn't do anything.."

"What are you talking about?! Come on stand up" Levy helped her stand up.

She brought Lucy to a nearby table while Natsu joined everyone in the discussion.

An explosion made everyone flinch.

"So how are we going to defeat that thing? It's huge" said Gray.

"Size is but a number my boy" Makarov said as another explosion was heard closer.

"The damn thing is made out of Iron, can't I just eat it?" suggested Gajeel.

"It's too big for you to eat all of it, maybe there is a power source" Erza said.

"Sorry to interrupt but It's kinda heading straight for us!" Wendy yelled making everyone run to see.

"Damn" Natsu clenched his fist.

"Look at it's face! Closely" Mira said.

As everyone squinted their eyes, they saw a glass section where someone was sitting.

"That person is probably controlling it" Gray said.

"That's all I need to know!" Natsu ran out of the guild and towards the machine.

"Natsu wait!...baka" Erza said as she face palmed herself.

"Salamander isn't going to beat me there!" Gajeel yelled before running off with Panther Lily.

"What's up with Dragon Slayers with rushing everything, good thing you're not like that Wendy" Lisanna said smiling at the young mage.

"Actually.."

"Not you too" Gray sighed.

"They might really need my help, so I think I'm going to go if that's ok! Gomen" She said before rushing off with Carla and Happy behind her.

"I'm going..to" Lucy stood up and wiped her tears away.

"Lu-chan you can't, you're crying!" Levy tried to get her to sit down but she refused.

Before anyone can say anything she was already out the door.

"There is no stopping Fairy Tail, we have a special fire in our hearts that remains burning until the end" Makarov said as everyone nodded in agreement, before running off.

Everyone was in front of the iron machine looking at it's size.

"Happy!" Natsu yelled running forward.

"Aye!" Happy picked up Natsu and flew him upward.

"Carla? Are you up for it" Wendy said as the exceed nodded and picked her up.
