Chapter 27: Juvia..

"Ok go!" Lucy yelled as they all moved closer.
Juvia watched as Gray held onto Ashley's legs so she wouldn't fall.

The girls pushed each other, trying to make the other fall.
"You got this Luce!" Natsu yelled as he held into her thighs firmly.
"Push them Shrimp!" Gajeel said as Levy tried her hardest to knock Ashley over.

Juvia watched as Ashley almost got knocked down by Levy but Gray fixed their posture.
"I'm sorry Gray-Sama" Juvia said to herself as she flicked her finger and water came crashing into Ashley, making her lose balance and fall over.
She cheered a little inside, but it faded as soon as Gray started looking at her.
"Excuse me" Gray said getting out and walking towards Juvia.
"Juvia"
"Yes Gray-Sama?" She answered as she crossed her legs.
"You did something to make us lose didn't you?" He crossed his arms.
"Make you lose? Juvia doesn't recall such an action" she said smiling but Gray shrugged it off and watched the remaining pairs battle to knock each other over.
Meanwhile, Ashley was glaring at Juvia like a hawk.
"Nice one" Mira whispered making Juvia smile.

"Come on Shrimp! Push!"
"I'm trying!"
"Luce! She's small you can take her!"
"I heard that!"
"Shut up I'm trying!"
The group argued as they both struggled to push each other into the water.

"I aight losing to this moron" Gajeel said as he gripped on Levy's thigh.
"Gajeel what are-"
"Iron Dragon Roar!" He yelled as a blast came right at Natsu and Lucy.
"EEP!" Lucy screamed as it came towards them.
Natsu quickly threw Lucy in the air and went underwater, so it went between them.
Then when he came back up he caught Lucy.
"Don't do that idiot!" Lucy yelled as she slapped his head.

Meanwhile, the blast was an inch away from Ashley, making her jump.
"Dang it missed her" Juvia mumbled
"Did you say something?" Mira asked.
"No, nothing"

"Oh so you want to play that way, aye?" Natsu cracked his knuckles once more.
"I'm fired up" Gajeel said.
"Hey! That's my line!"

"It was nice knowing you Levy-chan" Lucy said.
"You too Lu-chan, you too" Levy replied as Natsu and Gajeel got in position.
"Stop talking Shrimp, we got to focus" Gajeel blurted.
"I rather not die today" Lucy said but was hushed by Natsu.
"Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu yelled as Fire came hurling at them
They simply dodged it, and continued to move forward.
"Sorry Levy-chan I want this to be over" Lucy took out her whip making Levy's eyes widen.
"Fine, just don't make it hurt too much" Levy said as she squeezed her eyes shut.

Before the whip could get ahold of Levy, Gajeel grabbed it and pulled it from Lucy's hands.
"Nice try bunny-girl"

"Forget it" both girls said as they fell backwards and fell into the water at the same time.
"No Luce!"
"Shrimp! What are you doing!"
"Let's go rest Lu-chan" Levy said getting out of the water with her fellow bookworm.

About an hour later, they all decided to get out and go back to their rooms to get ready to go out to eat somewhere.

They left Ashley and went to their rooms and Erza and Jellal came back from their shopping.
Right when they were about to all get dressed into their own clothes, Juvia slapped her forehead.
"Gray-Sama, Juvia forgot her towel so I'll be back" the rain women said.
"Don't worry, I'll get it just get ready" Gray replied as he walked out of the room and down to the pool.

He opened the gate, and noticed her towel on a chair.
He walked towards it, until he heard the gate lock behind him.
He spun around and saw Ashley inside the pool area, holding the keys.
"What are you doing?" He asked as she got closer.
"I could ask you the same thing" she smirked at him making him raise an eyebrow.
"Getting Juvia's towel...now if you don't mind.."
"I came here for you, forget about that wench for a second because it's only you and I right now" she said placing her index finger on his chest.

*JUVIA'S POV*
Everyone was waiting in the hall for the ice mage to come back.

"What's taking Gray so long? It's been like 10 minutes" Erza asked.
"That idiot probably got lost, he needs to hurry because I'm starving!" Natsu groaned as he rubbed his stomach.
"Juvia will go get him" Juvia offered as everyone nodded.
When she got outside, she walked towards the pool but heard voices from inside the gate.

Juvia stumbled a little, making a noise which startled both of them.
"What was that" Gray said but Ashley quickly pushed him against the gate.
When Juvia came in sight, she quickly placed her hands on his cheeks and pressed her lips against his.

Juvia felt like her stomach dropped.
Normally she would go crazy and attack someone but this time it was different.
As she watched their lips meet, tears formed around her eyes as her body began to shake.
Ashley smirked under her lips as she held Gray in place so he couldn't move.

He couldn't pull away because she had a pretty strong grip on him, but he saw someone from the corner of his eye.
He moved his head slightly, and when he saw the blue haired girl his eyes widened.

He used all his strength to push Ashley away, in the process she stumbled and fell into the pool.

"Juvia!" He rushed towards her.
He then realized the gate was closed, and Juvia just stood there on the other side with a 'deer in the headlight' look.
Words and thoughts scattered around in her mind but none seem to make their way to her mouth.
"Juv...Juvia is sorry" she said before running off.
"Juvia!" He yelled as he sighed and returned to Ashley.

"Give me the keys" he strongly said.
"I'll give you them if you kiss me again" she winked but he just turned away from her and froze the gate bars, then broke them, leaving Ashley alone in the freezing pool to go look for the hurt rain women.
