Chapter 4

Two men dressed in black, wearing black sunglasses and suits were the first thing Linda saw as she entered the airport of Geneve.

Mina and Hyuna were in front of her, protecting her. They were supposed to be her managers meanwhile they were both her bodyguards, that's what everyone thought so that's why CERN sent a lot of trained bodyguards to pick her up.

«Mrs Evans?» asked the tall man that approached her, all three women smiled at him.

«Yes?» said Linda and the man nodded.

«Come with us, we are here to take you to CERN.» he said and walked to the side, motioning her to move and follow the other man.
Two other men took their luggages and followed after them.

There were two cars in the entrance of the airport, both black jeeps with afime windows. Another man opened the door of one of it and Linda headed over there.

Suddenly, a guy from a group of people in the corner gasped loudly and soon they all turned around. They took out their cameras and notes and ran over there but Linda and the others had alrealy entered the car and were making their way out of there.

«How far is it?» asked Hyuna and looked at the driver from the mirror next to him.

«Not even 15 minutes.» he responded and she nodded.

«It would be nice to take a look around Switzerland before we go there.» mumbled Mina and looked outside the window.

«It's your first time here Linda, no?» said Hyuna and the girl moved her head in denial.

«I was once here in a trip my university had planned, but it was in Zurich.» said Linda and smiled at the memories that popped up.

They had already arrived in their destination, it was actually very close to the airport. They stepped outside, Linda looked at the huge brown building that looked like a half circle, it was pretty interesting.
All the men formed a circle around the girls and walked to the building, her luggages stayed in the car.

She looked excited around as soon as she got inside the building, it was huge. There was a woman waiting for her in the other side of the entrance hall, it was no other than Ursula Bassler.

«Welcome Mrs Evans.» she said and smiled brightly, she smiled at her and walked closer to her. She offered her hand and she took it, they both shook their hands.

«I am very happy to be able to work here.» she said and let go of her hand, she nodded and took some steps ahead.

«We can talk in my office, please follow me.» she said and gestured her to follow her, the three girls moved.

They got into an elevator, they moved underground. They walked in a long hallway and then used another elevator, but this time to elevate. In the meantime, Ursula was talking to the young scientist.

«How was your trip?» she asked and pressed the button to the 3rd floor.

«It was fine.» she answered shortly and said nothing else, as usual.
She felt awkward when talking to strangers.

«Compared to other trips, 2 hours inside an airplane are nothing.» said Hyuna and smirked, Mina nodded in agreement.

«Oh right, you were in your hometown in Greece before you came here, right?» said Ursula and looked at the girl surprised.

«Yes, I was.» answered Linda and slightly smiled, it seemed like a forced smile.

«We are there.» Ursula stopped in front of the door, she grabbed the handle and opened it. «Come inside.» she stepped inside and the women followed her.
