< Chapter 5: It Was Supposed To End Well >

♥ Jamie's POV: ♥

Justin had decided to take me to the movies. It just so happened that they were playing 'The Lucky One' soon so Justin was quick to buy tickets. I brought a bit of cash with me but Justin always refused to let me pay.

Always.

Even when we were kids and his mom gave him some money, we would buy candy and he'd pay for me. He doesn't like knowing I payed for something when he could've done it himself.

"Let's go, the movie starts in about 10 minutes so we have time to buy a snack or two. Not too much, though," he instructed.

"What's wrong with a lot of snacks?" I asked, tempted to stuff myself with popcorn. Justin stopped and looked at me.

"Trust me, you'll regret it later," he winked, handing me cash and leaving me at that. Confused, I turned to where the line for food began. As soon as it was my turn, I ordered two orders of medium popcorn and soda (one each for Justin and I) and then a pack of candy for the both of us to share. I was starting to panic, since I had no clue where Justin wandered off to and there's no way I can carry all this myself.

"Hmm, this'll do," a voice behind me scared the crap out of me. I turned around to see Justin smiling sweetly at me.

"You scared me!!" I complained, trying to calm the speed of my beating heart.

"Sorry babe," he smirked, kissing my forehead and grabbing his food. I smiled and pecked his lips, then grabbed his arm and dragged him to the theatre door.

Luckily, no one noticed Justin with the fact that he's famous.

"Aww, Justin, are those tears?" I teased amusedly as we walked outside the theatre after the film ended.

"Hell no!" he denied, sobbing. I gave him a look.

"You can't lie about what's right in front of my face..." I pointed out. He wiped small tears and gave me a death glare.

"Shut up," he murmured. I looked around, looking for Justin's car. Then I remembered something.

"Ey, keep your head low. We don't want any fans noticing you," I say, nudging him on the side.

"Oh right," he nodded, getting out the car keys once we spotted the car. He opened the car door for me like he always used to do and then went around to the other side and got in. As he started the car up, I checked the time to see it was almost 6pm. By the time I looked up, I realized something was wrong.
