It was another day within the camp of the Astral plain of Hoshido. Hisame and Midori while herb hunting in the woods not so far away from the camp, was ambushed by a sadistic Bandit. The Bandit was slain however, by Corrin, Kaze, and Hinata. Hisame defended Midori from the Bandit until their parents arrived. But since then, Hisame and Midori were not allowed to leave camp at all.

"I'm sorry, Hisame. Because of me, you can't leave the camp." Throwned Midori. "Midori, it's not your fault. Things like this happens...well, on rare occasions. But it isn't your fault at all. It wasn't your fault that I was hurt so badly. It was mine. I simply didn't train as hard as I should have. So now I simply need to train more." Hisame explained.

"B-But..." Before Midori could say anything more, Hisame pats and ruffles Midori's head affectionately. "I told you, its fine. No big deal."

"O-Okay..." Midori gave up on arguing with Hisame any further. "But...why can't we go outside camp anymooooore?" Midori gives a big fat pout by the cheek. Hisame giggles lightly. "Come on, Midori. Cheer up. We can do plenty inside camp."

"But....the woods have the perfect ingredients and plants to make great medicine! I love making this stuff so I can help anyone who gains severe wounds in battle or gets sick." Midori refuses to quit her pouting. Hisame found it so cute, he couldn't quit from giggling.

"Aw, don't think about it so much Midori. They won't ban us from going outside camp forever. They just need to double their secreirty around camp, including in the woods for any enemies or danger so we can be safe next time we go out."

"Wait...so your saying...that eventually mama and the others will let us go herb hunting together again one day!?"

"Exactly! And besides, if they didn't I wouldn't let them have their way. I would sneak ourselves outside at night to pick herbs. But that's just a last resort."Smiled Hisame. "Yaaaay!!" Cheers Midori in glee.

"But for now we must stay inside camp until your mother says it's fine." Hisame reminds Midori. "Roger!" She salutes. Sometimes Hisame wonders how it was that he ended up getting the cutest girl in the army.

"Oh, it seems like its around lunch time. Perhaps we should make way to the Mess Hall?" Brings us Hisame. "Yeah, I'm starving!" Grins Midori. "Okay then, it's settled. Lets go!" Hisame leads Midori out her Private Quarters treehouse that also belonged to her mother and father.

The two children climbed down the rope steps and began to head on over to the mess hall. From there, they are some of the most delicious food! It was food to absolutely die for! Rinkah was the cook behind the works.

"This food is so good, I'm always left drooling!" Smiled and giggled Midori while drooling. "Oh my, your going to get all that drool on your food. Here, use this." Hisame wipes a napkin across Midori's mouth.

"Geez, you both are like the perfect couple." Beamed Kiragi who approached the two happy couple, happily eating together at one of the tables inside the Mess Hall. "Kiragi!" Cheered Midori, happy to see him.

"So...you both...you aren't holding a grudge on me in any way...?"

"Don't sweat it, Kiragi. You're our friend. We couldn't stay mad at you forever for ratting us out on your dad. And besides, I'm not the type to hold grudges, and neither is Midori." Hisame says bluntly to the young pineapple.

"Phew...I'm glad." Kiragi sighed in relief.

As Hisame and Midori ate, they also talked a lot to Kiragi. And eventually the couple said their byes to Kiragi before leaving the Mess Hall to wonder off. While walking the two paused in their tracks upon hearing a loud noise of crying increasing.

Hisame and Midori looks over towards the same direction to only see Kana charging at the two! "SISTEEEEEEER!!!!" Wailed Kana as he clung himself to Midori. "B-Brother?! What's wrong?" Midori asked. "M-M...MY BALL FELL IN THE TREEEEEEE!!!" Kana sobbed and wailed even harder.

So basically he's saying his ball was kicked into a tree?

Hisame wondered in the back of his head. But a ball falling into a tree...that wouldn't be possible unless your riding on a pegasus or dragon and your above a tree. Or ontop a roof. So Kanna must have been playing with the ball below ground and kicked it into the tree.

"Don't worry, brother! We'll help you get your ball back. Right, Hisame?" Midori glances over to her boyfriend. "Of course we will." Hisame smiles. The two walks with Kanna as the little dragon child lead them to the tree.

"It's up there." He points. And sure enough it was high in the branches. But the only problem...this is probably one of the tallest cherry blossom trees in the astral plain. But it was different from most Cherry blossom trees. All Cherry blossom trees are supposed to be small or medium sized. But this one was so tall, it reached over the top of the Private Quarters building castel the rest of the army goes.

"C-Can you get it?" Whimpres Kanna. "I..I can try." Volunteers Hisame before starting to climb the tree. But then he kept sliding down. Kanna began to burst out crying again. Hisame tries again while his ears bleeds, but he manages to climb up a branch.

"Kanna, look! Hisame is climbing the tree! He's gonna get your ball!" Midori points for lil Kanna to see. "R-Really?!" Blurts out Kanna in surprise. Kanna was so busy crying, he hadn't noticed Hisame up the tree.

"Yaaay!!" Cheers Kanna with a beaming and blinding smile. His happiness was more pure than a dungeon full of treasure. Hisame eventually manages to grab the ball with one hand, and he tosses it down. It bounces down, Kanna fetches it, and he squeals in joy!

Hisame smiles but just then, the branch he was on cracked and he fell hard on the ground. He could have sworn his back cracked as well. But oh well, if Kanna is happy, Midori is happy. He's willing to suffer if it's for them. But...really, he should consider seeing Sakura for some healing spell treatment.

The rest of the day was pretty ordinary. Not much happened for awhile. Kaze and everyone else checked the woods for anything strange. And then, they found a camp full of bandits. This was trouble. "We'll ask them to leave." Decides Corrin. "And what if they don't, love?" Kaze ask. "Then...I guess we will have to fight to the death."

The End

I'll make another story revealing Corrin and a few select members of the army taking out the rest of the bandits. I didn't bother to put it in this particular story since this one was mainly focused on how the children spent their day. I enjoy writing fluff, so here was some fluff. The next story will have some action! So look out!
