Jimin goes to meet Soonyoung outside after clocking out of work the next afternoon, he finds the boy standing outside as he usually is.

"Hey, Hoshi-bear." He smiles at him. "Are you ready to go?"

"S-Someone's-s asking for y-you." He says gesturing behind him.

Jimin looks passed Soonyoung and his heart drops to his stomach. "C-Come on, Soonie. Let's g-go."

Soonyoung looks confused as Jimin tries to rush him along. "H-Hyung~"

"Park Jimin."

Jimin freezes, Yoongi's voice sending chills down his spine.

"Jimin?" He says again, his own heart starting to beat faster, he wishes he'd thought out what he was going to say.

"Wh-Who? Who's that, h-hyung? H-He asked-d m-me~"

"It's okay, Hoshi. I know him. Don't worry." Jimin reassures the younger. "I'm gonna t-talk to him for a second. Stay here. Okay? 60?"

Soonyoung nods, glancing nervously at Yoongi. "59."

Jimin smiles at him. "I'll be back before you finish. Start over if you mess up."

Soonyoung nods, continuing to count lowly under his breath.

Jimin turns and faces Yoongi, immediately diverting his eyes away from him when they meet his.

"Come here, please." Yoongi says when Jimin doesn't move.

Even though he's dying on the inside he tries not to panic, he came to speak to Jimin and he was going to.

Jimin walks over to him, keeping his eyes on the ground as he stops in front of him.

"Hi?" Yoongi says, looking Jimin over and immediately starting to feel the tears prick his eyes.

"H-Hi." He stutters back, crossing his arms self consciously.

"I-I..." Yoongi tries to find the right words to say but they don't come as he continues to stare at the other.

Jimin looks up at him momentarily despite his nerves and he sees the tears in his eyes making him realize the emotions he was feeling himself.

"You look great, Jimin." Yoongi finally gets out through his emotions.

Jimin releases a breathless chuckle, he wasn't supposed to be obsessed over how he looked anymore so he rarely looked in the mirror unless he had to, but judging by what he saw when he did he didn't look great at all.

"I just...wow." Yoongi continues, shaking his head in disbelief. "I-I didn't think I'd ever see you again."

"Yeah." Jimin says, not really knowing what to say either.

"I know I probably shouldn't have showed up like this, but I wanted to talk to you. I don't have your number~"

"It's the same." Jimin says cutting off his rambling. "It's the same as it was before."

Yoongi nods as if he's in awe with Jimin's voice. "Do Taehyung and Jungkook know you're back in town?"

Jimin shakes his head. "No one really knows. Except you now, I guess."

"I got your letter when you sent it. I got all of them. I just didn't know you were here." Yoongi says scratching the back of his neck.

Jimin flushes at the thought of Yoongi getting his letter, he was more comfortable thinking they were piling up somewhere collecting dust rather than Yoongi actually getting them. "I didn't know you were getting them."

"Yeah." Yoongi says, awkwardness falling over them.

"But you? Are you alright, I mean. Are you okay now?" Jimin stammers embarrassingly.

"I'm okay, now that I see you okay. I'm really okay." He says and Jimin can tell that he means what he says genuinely.

"Yeah. I'm fine." Jimin says looking down.

"I'm so sorry I left you, Jimin." Yoongi says, his eyes becoming sad.

"Don't do that, Yoongs." Jimin says quickly.

"No, no. I left you, and you needed me." Yoongi says, fighting his tears. "All these years~"

"Stop, Yoongi." Jimin urges, he didn't want him getting emotional over the past, not when it was over and done with.

"When I got the first letter, I almost went and got you. Because those few months of just silence..." he shakes his head, biting his lip.

"It's okay, Yoongs." Jimin tries to reassure him. "I'm okay, now. You don't have to worry about me anymore."

"I knew if I just gave you the time you'd get better but... I hated myself so much for leaving you, Jimin. I swear I did." Yoongi says wiping his face as tears fall.

   "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have wrote you~"

   "I probably would've gone crazy if you didn't." He says. "I'm sorry~"

"Why are you apologizing?" Jimin asks. "There's nothing to be sorry about."

Yoongi nods. "I'm so glad you're okay. I'm so happy for you, I am."

Jimin smiles a little. "Thank you. I'm happy for you too. I'm glad you're happy."

Yoongi nods figuring he is talking about Hoseok. "Did you meet him when you got back?"

Jimin is confused for a moment before he realizes he's talking about Soonyoung. "Oh I met him in hospital. He's my best friend."

Yoongi nods. "You look happy."

"I am happy." Jimin says with a smile.

"Where are you headed now?" Yoongi asks noticing Jimin's duffel bag.

"Oh, Soonyoung and I volunteer at the studio in town." He answers looking back to check on Soonyoung.

"You still dance?" Yoongi asks, a smile appearing on his face.

Jimin nods. "Yeah."

"Well, I won't keep you. Thanks for talking to me and not thinking I'm crazy." Yoongi says.

Jimin chuckles. "Thank you for checking up on me. Maybe we'll run into each other again?"

The maybe hurts Yoongi more than Jimin probably knows, and it hits Jimin harder than Yoongi probably sees.

"Yeah...maybe." Yoongi says, his smile faltering.

Jimin nods, stepping back with a smile. "Goodbye, Yoongi."

"Bye." Yoongi says before Jimin turns around and goes back to his friend.

Jimin's smile crumbles as soon as his back is to Yoongi.

"Come on, Hoshi." He says walking pass the younger boy.

Soonyoung looks back at the stranger that was asking for Jimin and frowns when he sees the tears in his eyes.

"Y-You ma-made him cry, hyung." He says catching up to Jimin and noticing his tears. "He made y-you cry too?"

"I think I wanna go home, Soonyoung. You can still go to the studio if you want. I'm sorry." Jimin says, starting to rush away only to be stopped by Soonyoung.

"D-Don't run a-away, h-hyung." He says, his stutter worsening as his anxiety rises.

Jimin sighs, he forgets how much small things affect his friend. "I'm sorry, Soonie. I won't run away. Let's go together, yeah?"

Soonyoung nods and they starts to walk again, he looks back to see the other man gone from where he was before.

    "Was t-that Yoongi?"

    "Yeah, it was actually."
