My Nightmare/ FOURTH OF JULYY!!

    I was suddenly back in Iraq in that house, and I was on the table bleeding out...When all of a sudden one of the army guys gets shot in the head. We all panic and try our best to hide...while I am just laying here not knowing what to do...I literally just saw someone's head being blown off...next came a big blast upstairs that means those two snipers are gone...This is not what happened ...Why am I back here...Why is everyone dying... THEY WERE ALIVE!!! I SAVED THEM!!! whats going on?!?!??! All of a sudden the doors blew open and the enemies came running in like a tornado..shooting nonstop at us...I looked around and saw each of my fellow soldiers being shot and left for dead...I can't do anything since I am stuck on this freaking table!! WHY CAN'T I FREAKING MOVE!! I NEED TO SAVE THEM!!.... All of a sudden someone was calling my name... my whole body was shaking.....But the enemy was closing in on me....why are they doing this...what did we do wrong?!?! Where did they come from...The enemy was right next to me...looking down on me..laughing and smiling...he took out a knife and said some weird shit through his language...I tried yelling but nothing came out.....Then I heard my name being called "drake...Drake...DRAKE!!" My body is shaking along with that voice.....

I was awoken by freezing water being dumped on me....there standing next to me was my whole family...Well, that was embarrassing... I said playing it off, "Oh I must have gotten a nightmare." I chuckled... Kevin said "Why are you laughing? huh?" I looked at him and said, "What else do you want me to say Kev?" Kevin said "TELL US WHAT FREAKING HAPPEN IN IRAQ!!! TELL US THAT!!"  I was stunned and everyone else around me was too...I had a nightmare and now he wants to know what happened in Iraq...that is confusing.... all of a sudden Kevin lifted my shirt....he saw the scars the bruises and before anyone else can see I put my shirt back down... I stared at him while he was starring at me... He said "Well?"  I got up and said, "I don't need to say anything..."  Kevin said, "Yes, yes you fucking do... we are your family we can help you!!" I look at him and said "No you can't help me, I am happy that you asked but I don't need your help...You don't know what it's like.." Kevin was pissed and said, "WELL, WHY DON'T YOU FREAKING TELL ME MAYBE I CAN HELP YOU!!!" Matt was pushing Kevin back but Kevin pushed Matt away...Matt said "KEVIN, leave him be...He literally came back yesterday leave him be..let him have time to figure it out by himself before he tells anyone alright... I'm pretty sure when he is ready he will tell us."  Kevin just made a noise and left without a word...I said, "sorry, I am sorry, I need to shower..." Everyone left me so I can change...

    After they left I closed my door and locked it...I fell on the ground put my face in my hands and started to cry...I don't know what to do ...I am not ready but I don't want them to hate me for not telling them...Should I just tell my family and get it over with...but still...I am not ready for that commitment, I settled down and looked up and saw that my window curtains were still open ..so I got up and outside I saw Kevin laying on the ground...I saw his tears ..before I can do anything my phone rang again...

I saw Kevin looking at me....we were both staring at each other... But I answered my phone... "Hello, the is Drake Mathews, who is this?"  The other end said, "You remember me from the other day, well you are lucky we are postponing it till July 30, but you need to come in on the 10th still so head in now for some paperwork and information." I said, "Alright sir, thank you, where should I go?" He said "Don't thank me, I rather you come in now...but head to the nearest police station (I don't know where you can go lol so I made it up bare with me)...I said "Am I the only one arriving this late sir? and alright I will come immediately!" The other end said, "No everyone else is coming on the 10 so you're fine and ok good see you then." Before I can answer he hung up...I closed my phone and made a weird face and thought that was weird..why are they pushing it back...was that my fault...I will ask when I get there...I quickly changed and ran to my car...I forgot to tell anyone maybe they won't notice..... WAIT KEVIN,...I looked where Kevin was used to be laying but he wasn't there...weird...I got to the police station
