Enemies (Farkas X Reader) a Skyrim Fanfic

The Blade

Over the course of two weeks I've been getting better, I was able to walk normally again. Farkas was there to help me if I needed it. Arlilo was up and running like crazy. Snowy followed wherever he went. The two were siblings... I have noticed Snowy sneaking off recently. Arlilo was always home. She has been getting a bit bigger. Today I was gonna follow where she goes.

I told Farkas and he said I could go since Snowy was smart enough to find help if needed. I nodded and let Snowy outside. She ran and leapt over the wall of Whiterun. That wolf had skills. I ran jumped, it hurt a bit but I recovered quickly. I follow the now running wolf into the forest. I slowed my pace when she did.

I looked past the green and brown forest and saw a familiar Snow Wolf. Beside her was a dark grey wolf. They nuzzled before sitting down. I smiled and got up. I began to run home. One thought was on my mind. "Puppies!" I said happily. I climbed carefully over the wall and Farkas was waiting with Ria. I ran and jumped on Farkas, my arms around his neck.

He wrapped his arms around me. "We're gonna have puppies soon!" He looked shocked. Then it hit me. He was a werewolf! "I mean Snowy is gonna have puppies! I'm not pregnant! Wait... We haven't... How would that be possible right now you idiot!" I said and hit his head softly. He chuckled and set me down.

Ria was smiling, "Can I tell her?" "Sure." Farkas said. "Y/n! I get to join the circle! So does Njada!" I smiled. The circle was the wolves... They got to be werewolves. Did I want to be a werewolf? I haven't earned it, that's for sure... I trailed off in thought. "That's amazing, Ria!" I said with a smile. She squeezed the life outta me. I pushed her away.

I walked inside. My bed in the whelp room would soon be the only one. The circle members all had their own rooms. I sighed and sat down. Arlilo was sleeping across the room and got up. He sat his head on my lap. He wagged his tail and I smiled at him softly. I stroked his scarred head gently.

I patted next to me on my bed and he jumped up. He sat next to me and watched me pull my satchel out. I saw a dagger in my bag. It had my name engraved on the blade. Urgrad had given it to me when we were kids.

"It'll protect you when I'm not around!" Urgrad said. "But you'll always be around... Right?" I asked softly. "Oh, Y/n... I will never leave you. I promise." He said as he placed his hand over my cheek.

I slowly covered his hand with mine. I held the dagger in my other palm and looked at it. I held it gently to my chest before putting it in my bag. I pretty much tackled him in a hug as my eyes filled with tears. "Thank you..." I mumbled. He placed a kiss on my forehead before the guards came back. Urgrad ran to join them and I walked back to my room.

As I snapped back to reality I felt hot tears rolling down my face. I sniffled and wiped my eyes. "You promised..." I mumbled.

I looked at the dagger. I had used it for a while. I think I'll take it to the smith. I don't want to take it to the skyforge... I still treasure the blade. Even after everything. I think deep down I think Urgrad has good in him...

I was standing by the gates. I had my bag and some gold in it. The smith was sharpening and buffering my dagger. When she finished I paid her and walked to the market. I bought a few apples and some cheese in a cloth. I bought a few small chunks of venison wrapped in paper and tied with a small rope. I thanked the man and carried my things home.

I went to my room and placed my apples and cheese on the desk. I placed the venison next to it and picked up my dagger. The balde look as if he just gave it to me. I smiled before putting it in my bag. I hung my bag on my bedframe. I took the cheese and apples and put them in my bag as well. I had a bit of cheese and an apple still out and I sat on my bed to eat.

Arlilo came to join me and I pulled the venison chunks and gave him a few. I put them back in my bag to eat my cheese. I glanced at my apple before grabbing the blade again. "Why?... How?..." I was at a loss for words. Urgrad was the nicest person I've ever met. Vle? He was Urgrad's best friend as well as my own. Of course I was always with them. Vle was almost like my brother. Urgrad... He was... What was he to me?
