-Two weeks later with Y/n-
Everyone was healing good. Farkas was up and active again. He wouldn't rest from training. I will admit, I was getting worried. Arlilo was getting help from Ozul to learn how to walk again. I'm glad they got along. Snowy's pups opened their eyes! They were just about two weeks and they were crawling around everywhere. Arlilo was always trying to train them (with the help of Ozul).
Ivory, Thomas, and Aspen have been getting into everything. What's even better, all three of them have vocal cords. None of them can shift (so far).
Vilkas gave the pups lessons to teach them our language. It was cute to watch. Ivory always was trying to one-up Thomas while Aspen just taught herself to keep up. Vilkas admired her skills to not argue with the others and keep to herself. But she was a top student, or well, pup. Aela loved to watch the pups play their normal game of tag, or chase, or even hunt and pounce.
One day as we were sitting to keep an eye on the pups game of tag she spoke, "Skjor and I planned on having pups, ya know. We had names picked out. Rose for a girl and Skjor always wanted a little Tommy running around." I looked over to see tears in her eyes. "Oh, Aela... I'm so sorry," I tried to comfort her. "It's... It's fine. I'm fine." She softly smiled to me. I gave her a worried look.
"Ah, Y/n, there you are. Word traveled that the Dark Brotherhood is in Whiterun. Not to much to worry about, mainly because it's only Astrid and that creature they call Cicero. I need you to bring them here, with the help of Aela, so that we can talk to them." Vilkas said. Aela and I nodded. "You'd best hurry," he chuckled and we got up to leave.
We found Astrid sneaking around near the market and Aela took her back to Jorvaskrr, but not before asking where to find Cicero. I've never met these guys, but I have heard of them. I found Cicero under the big tree and brought him back. His jester outfit was confusing to me but he followed happily. "Oh, poor, poor Cicero!~ How will he find the listener now?" He cooed. Okay.... He talks in third person.
We made it back and I brought Cicero to the Welp Room, where Aela and Vilkas were talking to Astrid. "Astrid! You too? What do these people want with Cicero and Astrid? Oh no, oh no no no..." Cicero said sadly. "Take a seat, runt." Vilkas growled gently. "I am no runt! I am Cicero! The Keeper of the Night Mother!!!... Oh no! Poor Mother! Cicero left her alone!" The small man began to freak out. "Keeper? Night Mother?" I asked myself quietly.
"You don't know about the Night Mother? Or the Keeper? Oooh goodie~! Story time!" Cicero clapped. "No, not now. Answer my questions first." Vilkas said. "Go on. How bout you and I talk one on one? And Cicero over here can tell his story? Sound good?" Astrid asked Vilkas. He sighed and nodded, taking Astrid from the room.
"Sit, sit! Please do!" Cicero said. "This is my room." I say. "Oh! Cicero is sorry! May I sit, Ms........" He trailed off. "Y/n." I finished, "and yes, you can." We all sat down and Cicero sat cross legged on a bed across from Aela and I.
"Okay! Want to hear about Cicero the Keeper, or Night Mother first?!" Cicero asked. "I guess the Keeper." I said. "Ooo~! You want to hear about Cicero! Well, Cicero is the Keeper of Night Mother. He cares for her and keeps her safe! Now onto Night Mother... She founded the Dark Brotherhood! When she is ready to talk she finds a listener! That's why Cicero is here! To find the listener! She will talk, yes... But not to poor Cicero. No matter how much I want to hear her, no matter how much I listen, I cannot her her. No, I cannot..." Cicero began to pout.
"But when Mother picks a listener they come to Cicero, yes! And they say the words, the special words! To let Cicero know the listener is here! Here to save us!" Cicero got happy once more. "Did... Did Cicero's story help?" He asked hopefully. "Yes, yes it did." I smiled. Aela smiled too. "Ooooo!~ Goodie!" He cheered and clapped.
Just then Aspen poked her head into the room. Cicero heard the door creak and saw her. "A puppy! Puppy! Puppy! Puppy! Can... Can Cicero hold it?" He asked hopefully. "Sure... Come her Aspen, come here baby." Aspen ran over to me. "Call her." I told Cicero. "Um... Aspen, come here puppy! Come to Cicero!" Aspen ran over to him and he picked her up. He smiled at the puppy before hugging her. "Oh, Cicero has a soft spot for puppies!" He smiled as he held Aspen like a baby.
"Aspen? Hello Aspen! I'm Cicero!" He cooed. I smiled as Aspen looked at me before I nodded to her. "Hi, Cicero!" Aspen said, her squeaky, puppy voice said to Cicero. "She can talk! Puppy can talk to Cicero!?" He freaked out. Aspen wagged her tail and licked him. "That's even better! Cicero loves puppy even more!" He smiled to Aspen and Aspen smiled back. He began laughing and held the puppy. "Let's go upstairs, you can bring Aspen." I said to Cicero and nodded to Aela.
We walked up stairs and everyone (excluding Vilkas and Astrid) was at the table to eat. Ozul saw Cicero holding Aspen and sprung to his feet. "More puppies!" He said, seeing Ivory and Thomas. "Ozul, let him have his fun." I laugh. Ozul looks to Snowy, who nodded at her mate. Ozul sighed and went back to Arlilo's side. Cicero was swarmed by the pups as they began to ask him questions. He smiled and his eyes got wide. He began to chat with them as I sat beside Farkas.
"Who's the jester?" He asked. "Cicero. He's part of the Dark Brotherhood. Vilkas is talking to Astrid to find out why they are in Whiterun." Farkas nodded and ate some bread.
Astrid and Vilkas appeared and sat down. "We came because Cicero was trying to find the listener. I guarantee this won't be the last time we me. But for now we have to go. Cicero, leave those puppies alone and let's get back to the Sanctuary." Astrid said. "But-" Cicero started. "Night Mother is waiting." She said. Cicero perked up and hugged all the puppies before leaving. "Bye puppies!" He said before leaving. I sighed before laying back in my chair.
"Now, I have an important anouncement. Y/n, tonight will be your ceremony to join the circle. We know you'll honor us well. Now, pack! Cheers to the newest soon-to-be member of our pack!" Vilkas said, raising his mug. "To, Y/n!" Vilkas said. "To Y/n!" They all cheered, raising mugs. I blushed and slunk down in my seat. Farkas nudged me with his elbow. After putting down his mug we held hands under the table and began to eat again. I smiled and stared at my plate. "Turning isn't easy on an empty stomach. It's best you eat up, Y/n!" Ria said happily I smiled and began to eat.

"Alpha. The Nord, Y/n, is joining the circle. This will lead to all of the Companions being wolf in some way. How do we proceed?" I ask. "Follow orders. Only retreat if needed. Take beta with you. He needs to go out." Alpha responded, his thick accent making his normally gruff voice seem silky smooth. "Yes Alpha." I say before turning around.
"Oh, and don't forget. Our pack only gets stronger. Tomorrow is a full moon. Be back in time for the howl. The pack thrives due to this day." Alpha said. I smiled. I walked out of the Alpha's hut find beta, but before I did so I shifted into my wolf form. A solid white beast. Like the whole pack. Our pack. The Companions may be strong. But the Bloodfrost pack is stronger.
I let an ear piercing howl and many others joined in. I heard beta's call and ran to find the male.
The Bloodfrost pack... What is their plan? The Dark Brotherhood... Will they return. The pups... Will they stay as wolves forever? Keep reading my friends. For our story has just begun.
