Betrayal

It's been about two days since I was tied to the post. Today was my trial of trust. The Companions haven't come for me, or been scented in the territory. They aren't coming for me... Occasionally my heart will heart. I blame Farkas but some of it is my longing for him.

They finally got me to eat again... I've had a weird feeling in my stomach for a bit. Not hunger... I don't know how to explain it.

The sun was blazing overhead, burning my arms and face. I felt a strong hand yank me up by my torn shirt. I follow without hesitation to the rock. I'm thrown to the ground and soon Aja sits atop The Rock. Almost every wolf in the camp circled around us.

"Time to test your loyalty... Who is your Alpha?" She asks. Vilkas. "You." I don't meet her gaze. "Who do you hate?" You. This pack. "The Companions." I glance over rocks in the dirt. "Who betrayed you?" "The... The Companions." I look up to see her smiling down at me. "Do you swear your loyalty to my pack alone?" She asks. I nod my head.

"Very good. Now shift." She orders. I close my eyes, allowing myself to turn into my wolf. My fur was ruffled and my form was scrawny. I whine and shake my head. "Look at me." She hissed. I meet the eyes of the female. Something clicks inside me. I nod my head. "Bloodfrost! Meet the newest pack mate! Y/n..." She grins. Howls, yips, and cheers erupt in the crowd.

I shift back and use my hands to support myself. "I'm sorry..."

-Farkas-

I could keep myself calm. I wanted to find her. I need to find her. I was currently pacing back and forth, trying to keep myself from shifting. "Farkas..." Vilkas interupts my pacing. "Yes?" I ask, turning to him. "Y/n... She..." "What? Did you find her?" I ask hopefully. "Farkas she left the pack." He finishes. I stop dead I my tracks. "Farkas. She was taken by a wolf pack..." He starts. "Bloodfrost!" I growl.

"Farkas we can't. They grew stronger." He starts. "This pack has two Hircine wolves, you have a string build of an Alpha... Arlilo and Ozul are good fighters, while Snowy has good logic. Aela can stay with the pups and the two girls. Rashi, Njada, Ria and Athis can fight... Vilkas please." I beg. "Farkas..." He sighs. "We'll take a vote. Everyone is upstairs. Come on." He moves his head in the direction he walks in.

I'm a Bloodfrost wolf... The Companions haven't came... The worst thin about betrayal, is that it never comes from an enemy. They are done with me, aren't they?

"Arlilo! Snowy!" I called when I had got there. As I did so, two snow wolf pups ran up to me. I smiled as the two pups tried to jump on me. As they did I pulled some venison from earlier out of my satchel and fed them. Yeah, I know. A Silver Hand feeding and caring for orphaned wolf pups? I had always loved the creatures. The two looked scratched up and I heard raven calls from a distance. Then thunder.

I held back tears remembering them.

"Y/n!" Ria half yelled. I smiled and slunked down. She frowned and stepped back. She grabbed a wet rag and walked over to me. Farkas grabbed another thing of gauze. He took the rag from Ria in his other hand. She cut the guaze off my abdomen and lifted me up a bit as I hissed in pain. She mouthed, 'Sorry' as she slid the guaze out from under me.

They helped when I was hurt.

"I would do anything for her... Anything... Just to see her and our pups safe..." Ozul finished at looked at Snowy. He curled closer around her and placed his head atop hers. A smile crept upon his lips and hers as well. My heart was hurting.
