"You're wasting your damn time." Austin stated coldly. "I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I care about your future Mila, and I swear the girls won't let you rise to your full potential."
The Austin Tour had started only a couple of weeks ago, and Camila and Austin were developing a pretty bizarre and unexpected relationship. No one who actually knew Camila thought she'd end up dating the young pop star, but she had been doing that for almost a month now.
After sharing an unforgettable kiss with Lauren, Camila desperately needed someone to take her mind off the beautiful green eyed girl. Austin had been there for her, and he made it pretty clear he was interested in the young brunette. When Camila finally agreed to date Austin, the relationship instantly became public, causing more chaos between the Mahomies and Harmonizers than they could ever imagine.
It wasn't a secret that both fandoms hated each other. They had openly expressed that the only thing they agreed on was being against Camila and Austin as a couple. When the two singers dropped the bomb, hell broke loose, especially on the arenas the opposing fandoms had to share on their concerts.
Ever since they started dating, Austin kept telling Camila her best option was to leave the band and pursue a solo career. Truth be told, he was eager to separate Camila from Lauren, who his girlfriend had an extremely close relationship. He also knew the green eyed Miami girl didn't like him, or approve his relationship with Camila, and she even confronted him about it several times.
After a couple of months, the Mahomies warmed up to Camila. She proved she wasn't a "fame whore" or any other stupid insult Austin's fans used to call her, but the first weeks of being in a public relationship with the Texan singer were extremely hard for Camila. Many hardcore fans made her life impossible and threatened with killing her various times, but Camila tried to ignore the unjustified hate she was getting.
She reached a breaking point though and couldn't stand the mean comments she heard during the concerts or read on her Instagram pics anymore. Austin didn't seem to think it was a big deal and almost mocked Camila for being overly sensitive.
The girls, Shawn Mendez, The Vamps and Austin were hanging out after one of their concerts. Austin had his arm protectively around Camila's shoulder while the group of teenagers engaged in a light hearted conversation. Camila was the only one who wasn't participating. Her mind was too busy trying to erase every hateful comment she had read and heard that day. If she was having confidence issues before, the Mahomies had destroyed her self esteem completely during the past couple of weeks.
"Mila? Is everything alright?" Dinah asked her softly after she realized her friend was on the verge of tears.
Camila nodded her head softly and gave the Polynesian a thankful before meeting Lauren's preoccupied gaze, who was sitting next to Dinah and had realized Camila's strange behavior as well. Lauren stared deeply into Camila's eyes trying to understand what was happening to her best friend, who clearly didn't feel like talking about her feelings.
"Are you sure?" Lauren said over Austin obnoxious laugh, who completely oblivious to the serious conversation about Camila's feelings, was talking to Shawn and a couple of members of The Vamps.
"No..." Camila mumbled softly setting her eyes on the ground in order to prevent her tears from streaming down her face. If she kept looking at the girl she was hopelessly in love with, the bundle of emotions would be too much to handle.
"Talk to me Camz, what's going on?" Lauren asked walking closer to her bandmate and kneeled next to her worriedly.
"I can't, but it's nothing. I promise." Camila assured her lifting her gaze back into Lauren's deep eyes.
