"Miss Jauregui? Miss Jauregui, may you please answer the question?" Lauren heard her physics teacher's distant voice.

"Lauren?" Luis shook her softly bringing her back to the classroom.

"What? I'm sorry." She answered blushing after the whole class had turned to face her.

"Can you answer the question I just asked?" The old teacher repeated crossing his arms over his chest.

"I can't, I'm sorry." Lauren admitted sitting up straight and pretending to focus back on the lesson.

"I don't care if you were a Spice Girl Miss Jauregui, you're just another student in my class." He said bitterly and continued with his far from entertaining lesson.

"Are you alright?" Luis whispered softly.

"Yeah, I'm just distracted, that's all." Lauren answered softly and tried to catch up with the lesson.

Truth be told, she hadn't been able to concentrate all day because her mind was completely occupied by Camila, and the couple of days they had shared together. What Dinah had told her was one of the reasons for her lack of focus as well. Lauren couldn't stop doubting her life changing choices. If she was going to spend the rest of her life with a guy, she couldn't be thinking about someone else all the time.

"Are you sure? You have been out it of all day." Luis questioned again and placed a comforting hand over Lauren's arm.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She lied again keeping her gaze on the board in front of her and ended the conversation trying to avoid getting scolded again.

But she wasn't fine at all.

Lauren hid her phone under the desk and quickly decided to text the brown eyed girl. They hadn't talk after their last encounter on the club with Dinah, and Lauren definitely didn't like to leave things unresolved.

"To: Camila

Hey, can we talk? I think I'm going crazy..."

But Camila didn't reply. She was too busy trying to come up with the best birthday gift ever. She wanted to give Lauren something really meaningful, but not too cheesy. They had been friends for a really long time, and they had so many memories together. Camila wanted to make Lauren remember everything they had been through and let her know there were many more great memories to come as well.

There's no doubt the two friends had been through hell and back together. No matter what, they had always been there for each other, even when things got extremely complicated. Camila admired Lauren's honesty more than anything, and always trusted the green eyed girl would tell her nothing but the truth. Lauren expected the same thing, but more than once Camila had chosen to hide some things from her best friend in order to prevent things from falling apart.

But, Camila couldn't keep that one thing away from Lauren.

She was scrolling through her Twitter timeline one day during the Austin Tour. Camila wasn't necessarily being popular with the Mahomies and the unjustified hate seemed to grow bigger by the day. Things had gotten ugly after Austin had posted a candid picture of them on Instagram and the overly passionate fans weren't shy with their ruthless opinion.

Camila sighed loudly and shifted her position on her bunk trying to get more comfortable. She was alone in the bus after the girls had decided to go around the city, but the young singer didn't feel like going out. She was having an extremely hard time trying to ignore the hateful comments that filled her social media accounts. What hurt her the most was that Austin seemed to think it was funny and posted the pictures looking to stir things and then laugh at their fans' reactions. The Latina had to play along with it, but in no way she thought death threats were funny.
