Normal PoV(3rd person POV)
Outside the entrance to a military encampment within the plains is a girl. Roughly around nineteen years of age, with an anxious look on her face.
A soldier patrolling the area notices the girl, approach her and asked.
"How may I help you?"
Startled the girl took a few steps back bumping into a tree in the process. She blinked a few times whilst starring at the soldier, she took a deep breathe and inquired.
"I-Is this Faramort Base?"
The soldier became weary of the girl, whom he thought was suspicious. He tightly gripped his spear and nodded.
"Y-Yes, this place is faramort base, do you have any business here young lady?"
A sigh of relief escapes the girl's mouth. Whilst the soldier raised his guard.
"Thank goodness, I didn't get lost like I do regularly."
After tying her hair into a ponytail, the girl took a letter out of her pouch and handed it to the soldier.
"My name is Akane, I came here to see Captain Chiharu Natsuo."
The soldier took the letter and begun trading the leader, he held his Spear tightly in his hand whilst reading it, weary of the girl. Upon finishing he called for another soldier and ordered.
"Call the Captain."
The second soldier nodded, he ran off into the base as fast as he could, the first soldier began sweating bullets as he asked himself.
Soldier nodded, he quickly ran off as fast as he could.
Pale skinned girl, long pink hair, odd eyes with the left being gold and scarlet right. Could she possibly be an Ikinawa or one of their distant relatives?
Cold sweat dripped from the soldier's forehead and back. Akane noticed this, she took out a handkerchief and a bottle of water. With a smile on her face she handed the man both items.
"You must be tired, please sit down and have a drink."
Hesitant to accept at first, but the soldier accepted and thanked her.
Moments later a silver haired woman approached the two, She waved her hand at Akane.
"It's been a while, Akane It's nice to see you again."
Akane smiled back at the woman and replied.
"I've missed you Chiharu."
Chiharu dismissed the soldier and she guided Akane to her quarters. A tent which had the banner of the eagle, which represented the Natsuo household. The inside is decorated by luxurious furniture and numerous portraits of Chiharu's late grandfather.
Along the way, Akane felt the curious gazes of the soldiers within the encampment, their attention all directed at her. Anxious of her situation she simply followed Chiharu.
Chiharu asked Akane to sit down, she was quick to comply. Facing Akane with a serious look, tapping her fingers against her workbench she asked.
"You didn't come all this way simply to pay me a visit right Akane. What's your business here?"
Akane nodded in response to her question, taking out a scroll from her pouch, placing it on the desk and sliding it to Chiharu. Tension between the two arose. Chiharu picked up the scroll and read it's content.
