I stayed up all night looking for possible flights.

"Come on. Come on, come on, come on. Please have an avalible flight!"I whispered, scrolling through flights on the airport website, squinting against the harsh light from the computer screen in my dark room. I had a sudden pang of sadness. I stopped looking for a moment and looked around my room. I looked a tthe bed, remembering the nights that Niall and I had laid there, close together, me enveloped in his arms. I missed him so much.

Okay Liah. Focus. If you find a flight, you get to see him.

I looked back at the screen and started to scroll again. I was about ready to give up when I saw, Flight to Dublin. From London. 7:25 am. 5-12-13. Departing flight from Dublin to London on 5-14-13.

No. Freaking. Way. I read over it again and again. I checked today's date and looked at the date on the screen. The flight was today. I grinned, feeling accomplished. I wanted to jump up and dance around, but I made myself stay seated, not wanting to wake my mum. Instead I grabbed my phone and texted Alex, not expecting an answer.

Found a flight! London-Dublin @7:25 today. Tickets are 150 pounds for both flights! to and from. Crazy huh!? We buy them at the gate so we need to get there early.

That was a cheap flight! 150 pounds round-trip!!!

Awesome!! Let's go to Dublin!!!

I smiled and stood from my desk. I stood up and grabbed my backpack, emptying it quickly. Mum won't suspect a thing. She'll think I'll be going to classes but I'll be on a flight to Dublin! I took all the books and papers and things out of the black backpack and threw in my ipod and the charger, my phone charger, and then I unplugged my laptop and put it in the bag in the laptop space. Then I stuffed in the charger. I then dug around in my closet for another bag, just a small one, that I was able to put enough clothes for a few days in. I put in some jeans and a sweatshirt, then I grabbed some of my polos. Just to clarify, I'd loved polos before I loved One Direction. I threw in a black one and a blue one. Then I grabbed a nicer t-shirt and put that in too. I grabbed an old t-shirt and a pair of jogging shorts and stuffed them in also along with undergarments and such. I threw in my brush and a small bottle of perfume. I surveyed my things and nodded, satisfied.

I hopped onto my bed and laid down, the bed feeling oddly empty, even after a month of him being gone. Would things like this ever get easier?

"Mum! I'm going to pick up Alex because it's raining."I said looking out of the front windows. I picked up the two bags and walked into the kitchen.

"Okay. Why do you have two bags?"she asked, sweeping her long dark hair over her shoulder.

"Gym."I said, lying smoothly. I'm a great liar, but it's both a blessing and a curse.

"Alright."she said sighing and meandering over to the stools by the counter. She believed it! I took out my phone and texted Alex.

I'm about to leave. I'll text you when I'm on my way.

"Oh Liah! I forgot to tell you! I'm going to be flying out today for a buisness trip."

"How long are you going to be gone?"I asked her, leaning my hip on the table. I crossed my arms over my chest and felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I fished the phone out and looked at it. It read 2 unread messages. I unlocked my phone. One message from Alex, and one from....from Niall!

Okay. Can't wait to get out of here! Alex's text said. I smiled to myself and then checked Niall's.

Wierd not seeing you.....halfway there babe, hang in there <3 I smiled again, smaller and sadder than before, and thought, You'll see me sooner than you think. I looked up to see my mum staring at me with an amused expression on her face.
