The incident

Hi, I'm Marabella Brown, I'm 23 years old. Back when I was 18 I used to live in California and schooled there but then, I moved to this beautiful town named Dreamland. It was the most beautiful place I had ever seen and according to a lot of people dreams actually did come through there. Although I loved this town I always noticed how some weird stuff always happened. Sometimes I'd hear voices that weren't there and objects would just move on their own. I know it sounded crazy but I believed there was some kind of Paranormal Activity going on in that town. I felt forces higher than what I had ever felt before.
But with all of this aside I loved it there so I moved there with my mom "Grace" and I started schooling at Dreamland Private College. I started schooling there when I was 19 for my second year, and well most of "everything" happened in my third year. By the way Dreamland  was really great, just my hostel seemed like a country! And I met so many cool and amazing friends. Speaking of friends my best friends were Sophie and Lauren. I met Sophie on campus one day when she was jogging. We picked up a conversation and BOOM! just like that best friends. While I met Lauren when I went to get a new dress from off campus. Apparently she worked a part time job there as an assistant. She helped me get the perfect dress and we became best friends since that day.
Lance had always been my Prince Charming. He had a cute blonde low fade and sparkling green eyes . And on top of all that a sexy voice that would make you fall head over heels for him. But I didn't bother going after Lance because I assumed he was way out of my league. I'm going to be honest with you I used to stalk him sometimes that's because I was so obsessed with him. Well one day the most beautiful mistake happened to me. I was rushing to class one day with coffee in my hand, it happened so fast that I couldn't even see who it was. I barged into someone and spilled the coffee all over their shirt. "0h I'm so sorry I'll clean that up... For you.. " I said as I looked up and saw that it was Lance I spilled all that coffee on. I didn't know how to react, I was kinda scared but also felt starstruck for some reason. " oh no it's okay, you can get off to class" he said but I refused and offered to clean off the coffee. There was an awkward silence and also really awkward because we were in the middle of the hallway with tons of people staring at me as I knelt down in front of Lance. This went of for a while, I looked up at Lance and he gave me a cute and reassuring smile. I just lost it and let out a huge blush, I must have looked like an idiot. After a few minutes and we realized it wasn't working we gave up. " I'll go put on a clean shirt, you get on to class" Lance said as he winked and left. He was just such an angel and the point that he was my senior just made it a whole lot cuter. Well flash forward to like a month later I was dating Lance, he was the best boyfriend anyone could ever ask for. I know a lot of girls were jealous I got him but I didn't care because I was so happy I was finally with him.
Well I'm sure to you it all seems my life was all cupcakes and rainbows but something was about to happen that completely changed my story. My besties and I met a new friend, her name was Summer and we started hanging out a lot. We were at my dorm one day when we looked at the window and Summer said "ever wondered what that white light ball in the forest was? ". I had actually noticed it before but I didn't pay any attention to it. " you're like right, I've like seen it before, you like know what it is? " Lauren asked Summer. "no, but wanna find out?" Summer said with a smirk on her face. " I don't know, it seems kinda scary going out to that forest, it gives me the creeps" Sophie said looking so scared. I was actually really curious about that light thing but also considered what Sophie said. After some arguing we agreed to sneak out at night and check it out. Summer promised us that if we got in trouble she would bail us out so we agreed. So deep in the night, we snuck out and went into the forest .After some long searching we finally found the light ball. It was weird because for some reason the light ball was inside a little hut that was designed in a really strange way. And also for some reason I decided to be the one to check it out, till now I still regret that decision. When I went into the hut I was marvelled by how big and magnificent this light ball looked. There seemed to be something inside it. Like a little sun. I reached to touch the light ball and the next thing I remembered was darkness.
According to what the girls told me I was struck in the face by the light ball and passed out. They rushed to get me to our dorm but unfortunately we were caught and we were punished by not being able to leave school premises for a week. But by the time I woke up I was already in my room and Lauren and Sophie were asleep. It was about 12: 13 am midnight. I felt different than the usual, I felt itchy and my body felt heavy. " a fever " I said to myself. I got up to go get a glass of water and when I did I made a stop at the bathroom and that is when I made a shocking discovery when I looked at the mirror. "I'M A BEAST! " I screamed at the top of my lungs.
