I stood there speechless, the realization was overwhelming, I already knew she was one of Constantine's but to think she was actually Night blade, the one who didn't even hesitate to kill me. It all started to add up now, all that time she was acting weird and that time she snuck out and also the scar. Another thing that also made sense was why Summer could touch her, Jullian's theory was right, they planned it, and I was so worried about her back then but it was all part of her filthy plan. I cursed under my breath, I felt so betrayed and stupid, if there was one person there I wanted to beat the heck out of apart from Constantine it was her. "So Mara, tell me, would you rather just hand me the crystal now and we all leave without conflict? Or be the stubborn brat you are and try to fight?" Constantine asked, "of course I'm fighting, you think I'm some half assed trash like you?" I said with a smirk. Constantine's face changed to a frown and then he said "take care of her servants" "YES MASTER!" they all chorused.

A few of them charged at me but I moved out of their way just in time, I was still in human form and they were all fully equipped with weapons so I figured I couldn't actually engage in battle with any of them, all I could do was dodge. I had been dodging for quite a while and I started to run out of breath, Constantine just sat on his throne and watched me (yeah I wasn't exactly sure how the throne got there). I was running out of Ideas, I couldn't keep on fighting them and running probably wasn't exactly the best idea, I actually started to lose any hope of actually pulling it off. Then I felt a hand gently squeeze my shoulder, I looked and it was Lance, he had his signature smirk on his face, my face lit up. Constantine seemed really angry at Lance showing up, he yelled in rage saying "KILL THAT BASTARD!" but Lance replied "not a chance pops". "It's gonna be okay" Lance reassured me, he looked back at Constantine and said "let's dance", he transformed into his beast form and charged at the servants head on. He put up quite a good fight, he was a lot stronger than I thought, the only problem was that they were too many of them for him to handle, he started to panic. He realized he couldn't take down all of them, he looked back at me and said "Mara, lets boogie!" and I replied "you don't have to tell me twice!" We started to make a run for it but we realized we were cornered from all angles, there was no escaping, we were trapped. Lance started to look around for any kind of solution, any way to escape but he found nothing, "this is what you get, when you disobey daddy" Constantine said with a grin, deep in my heart I started wishing for some kind of savior that would come to our rescue and lucky for me my prayer was answered. Descending from the sky like a ball of light was someone I desperately wanted to see, it was Jullian! The impact of his landing sent hundreds of minions flying, Jullian looked back at me and smiled. Constantine was so furious when he saw Jullian arrive, he felt threatened, Constantine screamed at the top of his lungs saying "DON'T LET ANY OF THEM LIVE!" and they all replied "YES MASTER!" "you might wanna sit back for this one princess" Lance said, "he's right" Jullian replied.

Jullian and Lance charged at the minions and started to take them down one after the other, I hid behind a tree and just watched in amazement. More and more of Constantine's minions began to fall and before I knew it they probably just around a hundred. Constantine still had the furious look on his face but now he seemed even more furious, he began to speak "oh wow, I did not know it would get this bad, maybe I might have underestimated you a little, but now you have pushed me to use my secret power, let us see how you enjoy this". "Secret power?!" I asked myself, Jullian and Lance also seemed oblivious of any sort of "secret power", Constantine mumbled something I couldn't hear, he stretched out his staff and something weird started to happen. Thousands of animations started to spring to life, they were all non-humans, they seemed alive but at the same time seemed dead. "Lance, Jullian, what's going on?" I asked terrified, they were both unable to respond, "oh no" Jullian said under his breath, I was getting really worried, "WHAT'S GOING ON?!" I asked. "Mara, Constantine has somehow been able to turn all the non-humans he killed in Dreamland into his own puppets" Jullian explained, it sent shivers down my spine, the thought that they were all dead was super creepy, but it also angered me. "JUST LET THEM REST IN PEACE YOU MONSTER!" I yelled, Constantine chuckled and said "have fun with them my little puppets". The puppets obeyed immediately and attacked, it was obvious they didn't have minds of their own, but Lance and Jullian didn't fight back, I thought they were trying the typical movie line "we don't have to do this" or "it doesn't have to end this way" but I was wrong. Jullian said "wait, did you think we were doing this alone?" I was confused at first but when I looked behind I saw all the other non-humans backing us up. My smile was so deep my eyes wrinkled, realizing how many people had my back made me tear up, "thanks, thanks guys" I said crying slightly, I locked eyes with Brian, I swallowed hard remembering our last encounter but for the first time ever he had a smile on his face, it really reassured me. "Well, what the heck we waiting for? LET'S GET EM'!" Miranda yelled, "YEAH!" the others yelled as they charged.

The puppets were reducing by the second and Constantine began to look more defeated, I could tell by the look on his face we had definitely ruined his plans. As the battle appeared to be coming to an end I saw Constantine get up from his throne in frustration then with incredible strength he slammed his staff against the ground. The impact created a force so great it sent so many of the non-humans flying, some of them were unlucky so they landed on rocks and some hit the ground so hard they passed out. The amount of power he just exhibited really made me scared and he was getting up now so he was probably ready to fight us himself now. I totally doubted that any of us would be able to even challenge Constantine, I looked and saw Lance on the ground with blood coming from his mouth, he was too close to the impact and he looked in pretty bad shape. I ran to him and picked him up, I put his arm around my shoulder and led him to a tree where he could rest. "NEVER IN MY LIFE, HAVE I BEEN HUMILIATED THIS WAY, BY GOOD FOR NOTHING KIDS! YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET THIS!"Constantine yelled, I was so scared but then I felt my body starting to feel weird, I didn't know what was happening at first but then it hit me. It was12:00 am, I had transformed into beast form, my time was up.......
