I wake up and I hear my music playing softly, I must've passed out because I never sleep. There's a weight on top of me. I open my eyes and there's an arm over my stomach, I gasp and scramble to get out of the strange bed but the arm grips me tighter
"Get off me!" I cry out as I kick and hit out trying to get away
"Fuck" He groans as my fist connects with his face and he lets go as I fall to the floor with a thud
"Evie it's me. You're safe." I look up and see Reaper looking down at me, a small trickle of blood on his eyebrow
"Oh my god I'm so sorry." I gasp as I move up onto my knees and run my thumb over the small cut already swelling
"I don't know why Scarlett said you need more practice punching, that fucking hurt." He laughs as he sits up on the edge of the bed
"I'm sorry." I reply looking down, but he hooks his finger under my chin and lifts my face to look at him
"Don't worry I've taken plenty of hits in my time, I'm fine. Are you ok?" He asks
"I thought you were one of them and I panicked." I say quietly as I look away
"One of the men who hurt you?" He asks and I nod
"I'll never lay a hand on you." He assures me. He moves so I'm kneeling between his knees and then hooks his hand around the back of my neck and pulls me closer until our lips meet. Our lips move in sync and I feel nothing but excitement from his warm touch. His tongue sweeps along my bottom lip and I willingly give him access. A soft moan escapes my lips into his mouth as my senses fill with his taste. His fingers run through my hair as I run my hands along his thighs and I'm suddenly very aware he's still only wearing his underwear
"We should get dressed for breakfast." I say breaking the kiss and I'm sure my cheeks are burning red. I quickly grab my clothes and run into the bathroom, I hear his laughter as I close the door.
Thank god when I come out of the bathroom Reaper has put clothes on, I can't handle his undressed hotness. He takes my hand and guides me down to the kitchen
"Morning." Cordelia smiles as she serves breakfast to the men and there are a lot of them. Reaper must sense my uneasiness and sits down pulling me onto his lap
"These are mine and Sockets brothers, you can trust them." He says quietly into my ear and I nod. I'm sure I'm safe here and hopefully with time I will feel comfortable with everyone, but I'm not there yet. Cordelia puts two plates in front of us as Reaper talks with a few of the guys and his arm stays around my waist as I eat, but it's comforting. I never thought I would say that about a man touching me again.
"What happened to the face big guy?" Scarlett says pointing to Reaper and I look down
"Let's just say you're training is working." He smirks and she laughs
"Nice!" She says holding her hand up for a high five which I laugh as I give. I go back to my breakfast as Scarlett moves over to Knuckles.
"You in Evie?" Izzy asks and I look up to see she was talking to me
"Sorry?" I say and she laughs
"I'm setting up a make shift salon in Skye's room to kill time today, you wanna join me and the girls? I could do your nails or your hair." She smiles
"Yeah ok." I reply before going back to my breakfast.
I look up to see my brother standing in the doorway, I swear I hear him growl when he sees me sitting on Reaper before stomping passed and sitting at the other end of the table. He doesn't speak, only eats in silence and occasionally glares my way. Maybe Dr Ashton can help me figure out away to get through to him. My appointment tomorrow!
"If we're on lockdown I can't go to my appointment tomorrow can I?" I ask Reaper
"Not really, it's safer to stay here, but I know how important that is for you, so let me talk to Bullet, see if we can't work something out." He says before tightening his grip around me
"Thank you." I smile before leaning down and kissing him softly. He turns me towards him and deepens the kiss
"Damn, put him down girl. You ready to join us?" Scarlett laughs as I break the kiss and look towards her
"Ready." I smile as I climb off Reapers lap but he grabs my hand before I can walk away
"Have fun, I'll come find you later." He says before pulling me down for one more kiss before I walk off with the girls.
"You look happy." Cordelia says as we walk side by side towards Skye's room
"I really like him and he's been nothing but kind to me." I reply as I fail at stopping the smile spreading across my face
"Good because if not I'll kick his ass." She laughs
"I think my brother might beat you to that." I reply rolling my eyes.
"I'm sorry but I like lockdown." Scarlett shrugs
"How can you like being stuck in the clubhouse 24/7?" Skye asks as she paints Indigos nails
"Because the guys are all on edge and armed to the teeth and Knuckles gets super protective. He's like an angry bear ready to attack and you know I'm gonna wrestle that bear." She smirks as she files her nails.
"Do you ever think about anything other than sex?" Izzy questions as she cuts my hair, I decided to keep it long, because I know Reaper likes it, but it hasn't been cut for so long it needed a clean up.
"Sometimes I think about motorcycles." Scarlett shrugs as everyone laughs
"I kind of have to agree, if we could get rid of the real danger of it all, I like Circuit alpha male-ing all over me and Delilah." Skye adds
"Yeah you guys are fine with your men, mine is in a whole other state." Cordelia pouts
"Killer will be fine, he's one tough fucker and imagine how it'll be when he comes back. We'll take the kids for you that night." Indigo smirks and everyone laughs as I watch Cordelia day dream.
"Stacey will take them, the kids love her, thank god she grew up in the MC and gets the lockdown. Anyone else would run a mile." Cordelia replies
"What about Reaper? He kept you pretty close during breakfast." Scarlett asks as eyes turn towards me
"I didn't really have a choice about staying in his room, but I like it. But when he isn't wearing clothes I can't think straight." I blush as the girls laugh
"None of us think when we drool over our men's bodies." Izzy laughs looking down at me.
"I've been with Sonny since we were fifteen and seventeen years later I still drool when he takes his shirt off." She adds
"I smell a property vest." Skye smiles as she looks to me. They all wear one, but would I ever wear one?
"I doubt that." I shrug
"I said that." Skye says pointing to her vest
"He was married before, he probably wouldn't want to settle down again." I reply
"He was married? Ok now you have to spill." Cordelia gasps
"It's not my story to tell, but he became nomad after he lost her." I shrug as Izzy finishes off my hair.
