Roger's POV

"Good morning darling!"

Brian's extra cheery voice woke me up from my very, very deep sleep. His mood was strangely chipper, which is odd considering he is definitely not a morning person.

"To what do I owe this positive mood?" I asked.

Brian smiled at me and kissed my head gently. "I just wanted to give my beautiful boyfriend a good morning." He brushed my cheek with his thumb and pulled away. "I got something ready for you", he said.

Brian pulled a bed table off from the nightstand. It had grapefruit juice, sliced fruit, jam toast and tea on it. He set it on my lap and handed me utensils and a tea towel.

"Why the breakfast in bed, darling?" I asked.

"Like I said, just doing something nice for the love of my life." I ignored my gut feeling that something was off. I'm choosing to believe that there are no strings attached to this.

"What are we doing today? No rehearsal today since we just got back from tour." I asked Brian as I took a bite of my toast.

"I was thinking a day out, maybe go shopping or something. Then we can have dinner together tonight. Somewhere new."

I smiled at his plans. Brian could be so thoughtful when he wanted to be. No matter how far along we are in the relationship, he never fails to surprise me with something new. He's a great boyfriend.

"Where?" I asked. Brian bopped my nose, "that's a secret." I giggled and drank my tea. "As long as it's nice", I joked. Brian chuckled and set a pile of clothes on my side of the bed.

"I picked out some clothes for you so you don't have to spend all day choosing. Plus, I know what looks best on you. "Thanks love, and it does look great" I pointed down to the outfit. It was patched blue jeans and a white shirt. He also had white trainers and socks set out to go with it.

"You're welcome. And I made a doctors appointment for us tomorrow. It's super exclusive and inviting so you'll be very safe and comfortable there." Brian got his book from the nightstand and started reading.

"Thanks. I know it's hard to find a good doctor" I said. Brian nodded and rubbed my leg as I ate. "When you're finished we can leave anytime you'd like. We can start at the record store, yeah?" I hummed and smiled, the record store was one of my favorite places to go.

"I think they have some original Beatles albums there." I said excitedly. "We have them all already, don't we?" He asked. I rolled my eyes, "yes but they have originals. That means ones they could be signed by them or something. The first ever albums released!"

Brian chuckled at my excitement. He got up to go to the kitchen and left me to finish my breakfast on my own.

I quickly ate my food and drank the rest of the grapefruit juice in my glass. Brian had a liking for grapefruit juice, I didn't as much, but it was still a good thing to have in the morning.

I set the table on the dresser and got changed into the clothes Brian had picked out for me. He was right, he really did know what looked good on me.

I looked in the mirror and straightened out my outfit. The shirt accentuated my baby bump, making me look like I drank a few too many beers.

I pulled on my trainers and picked up my wallet and keys before leaving the room. Brian was sitting at the kitchen island with a mug of tea.

"Ready when you are!" I said before kissing Brian on the cheek. He finished his tea and gave me a cheeky smile. "Let's get on our way then!" He matched my level of excitement and stood up from the bar seat.
