Roger's POV
Brian and I were in the car on our way to the doctor's office. We had made millions of plans with all kinds of people and it took some searching, but we finally found someone to trust.
I'd been nervous for a while now. Being a famous personality and a pregnant man is not a happy cocktail. Thankfully Brian was extremely helpful with the whole deal. We got someone who actually has experience with the whole thing as well.
The car ride was short, there wasn't much traffic around this time of day. Brian reaches over the seat to put his hand on my thigh. Again, I used to do that to him, but recently he's been playing that move on me.
"Don't worry about a thing, darling. We're going o be alright. You're going to be alright. And the baby is going to be perfect."
I smiled and nodded. No matter how much he could or would try, I would still be nervous about the appointment.
Soon enough, we arrived at the clinic. It was a private practice and pretty posh if I do say so myself. All the cars parked in the lot looked extremely expensive and impeccably clean.
Brian got out of the car and opened up the door for me. I had the sudden urge to pee. I was trailing in at around 3 months soon. The morning sickness had gone, but no I could definitely feel the sensation of having a child in my stomach.
"Thanks babe" I said. Brian took my hand in his and we walked in together. I knew there would be no judgment, and the world already knew we were together, but there was still a part of me that was nervous about showing our love around.
"How can I help you?" A woman at the front desk asked with a bright smile. The office was huge and clean. It looked far more modern than I expected.
"There should be an appointment for Roger Taylor here" Brian said. "Yes, the doctor should be out in a minute to call you in. Just take a seat and relax" the woman pointed to the chairs behind us in the waiting room.
Brian squeezed my hand. "We'll get to see it today" he smiled at me. "Sidney" I whispered. "Yeah, we'll get to see Sidney today" he repeated.
We sat for a few minutes before a man came out to take us in. We followed him into a room and I sat down on an exam table whilst Brian stood next to me. The doctor took out a clipboard and wrote down a few things.
"It's nice to meet you finally! I'm Dr. Daniel Jensen and I've been chatting with your former doctor about Roger's condition. We'll both be treating you and will be there the day of." Dr. Jensen stuck out his hand for me to shake.
He shook Brian's hand as well and sat down on his rolling stool to give me an initial check up. He checked my breathing and pulse and asked me a few questions.
"Now if you'll just come up here" he patted to the top of the chair. I situated myself so I was leaning back a bit in the chair. It sort of felt like being in a dentists office.
I laid down all the way and Brian stood by my side. He squeezed my hand again, just to make sure I was comfortable.
"This is going to be cold so brace yourself" Dr. Jensen said as he popped off the cap to a newly like serum.
He pulled up my shirt and squeezed the jelly onto my baby bump. He took some kind of device and used to to rub the clear stuff around my stomach. The machine he was looking at started to beep.
"I-Is that a good thing?" I asked. The doctor chuckled so I took that as a good sign. I looked up to Brian and he smiled, reassuring me slightly.
"If you look right here, you'll see your baby" the doctor pointed to the screen and I craned my neck to get a good look at my child.
