Crystal's POV
"Let's hurry up with these repairs. Zarkon could be here at any moment." Shiro said. We were all gathered outside of the Castleship. I was touching the ground with some gravity boots Coran found while the others were just floating. Pidge touched the panel briefly to open it. A curly cylinder rose from the ship with a variety of buttons, switches and knobs.
"Okay, panel's off. Now, what?" Hunk aksed.
"Very simple. Just loosen the blaxums on the somoflange." Coran said. I looked at the machine with a confused look.
"Could you be more specific?" Hunk asked.
"Sorry, Hunk, he means the poklones on the agroclams." Allura responded.
"No, that doesn't help." he replied.
"Easy, Hunk. I got this." Lance said. He started pressing buttons when alarms started blaring. "Uh-oh. That can't be good."
" No, not the smalters, the poklones!" Allura said.
"No, no! It's the blaxums!" Coran argued.
"What are you talking about?" Keith asked, slightly aggravated. I facepalmed and walked forward to the cylinder. Pidge floated down and we both started pressing buttons and ended with her twisting the top of the cylinder. The alarms, thankfully, stopped.
"There. Fixed." I said.
"Well done, Pidge!" Allura thanked. 'I guess I didn't do anything.' I thought to myself.
"Good job Crystal." Pidge responded from somewhere.
"Thanks Pidge." I smiled.
"The tech on this ship never ceases to amaze me. It's so mathematically elegant. Its fit is a 100 times more frictionless than any exoskeleton we have on Earth. It's beautiful."
"It's not a sunset, Pidge." Lane said.
"You're right. A billion sunsets just happen every day. Some genius engineer actually built this."
"Kinda looks like a big, delicious curly fry." Hunk added.
"What the?" Shiro said. I heard a small squishing noise. "All right, we're prepared for this. Remember your rogue projectile cluster training from the Garrison. First, we need a temporary shelter."
"Could someone explain please?" I asked. Shiro didn't sound panicked, but if he said it had to do with training, it was something. I then felt something hit me on the back of the head. It knocked me forward and off of the ship. I started waving my arms around, trying to find balance.
"Wha? Oh, sorry, Crystal. I was trying to hit Keith." Lance said.
"How did you miss that bad? I was on the ship for crying out loud!" I responded. I then heard another muffled squish coming from him.
"Like that?" Keith responded. I then felt someone grab me and pull me. I then found myself back on the ship. "Here you go Crystal."
"Thank you Keith for avenging me." I replied. He let out a small laugh.
"Yes! Squishy asteroid fight!" Hunk cried out. All war broke out. Even though I couldn't see, I grabbed randomly and was able to grab a few of the "squishy asteroids." I even hit Lance once which was funny. Pidge, however, stayed out of the asteroid war.
"I don't think these are asteroids. Coran, I'm going to need a containment unit." Pidge replied.
"Just a tick."
