Melody, the daughter of a high ranking diplomat has been living a sheltered life. Her parents have a plan for Melody and are extremely adamant on her sticking to it. After almost making a scene so that her parents would let her stay home, Melody arrives at a gala and is left alone. She wanders into unbelievable trouble, young Shawn. Aside from being extremely handsome and wealthy, Shawn is manipulative, mean-spirited and controlling. As soon as he laid eyes on Melody, he knew he wanted her. From then on Melody and Shawn had no way of turing back.
