I stepped out of the elevator and took a moment to adjust my skirt. I could turn back.
Mellie no. You can do this!
I speed walked to the end of the hall to a corner door.
Room 6524.
Right as I was about to knock, the door flew open. Shawn jumped out grabbing my face and kissing me passionately. I completely melted in his arms.
He slid his hands down my back and placed the firmly on my hips. I let my hands wrap around his neck. I pressed my body right against his.
"I need you." he whispered, kissing my shoulder.
Pulling me inside, I finally felt like I didn't have to resist his touch. He kicked the door shut and walked me backwards, stopping in the between the kitchen and the living room area. I kicked my sandals off while fumbling with the hem of his shirt near his waist. I could see the bulge forming in his tight pants.
I moaned as he lifted up my skirt, exposing my bare ass. He grabbed it tight and pulled me even closer.
"Wait." I said, slightly pushing away and looking up at him.
"What now?" he groaned. "Do you not want this to happen?"
I looked away, holding back tears.
"Mel." he said, placing his hand on my cheek. I place my tiny hand on top of his.
I opened my mouth but I couldn't form words.
"I do want this." I said quietly as a tear ran down my face.
"Stop with the crying Mel." he demanded, wiping the tear away.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and started sobbing.
"Mellie, please stop." he said, rubbing my back softly. "What's wrong?"
I looked up at him again.
"It shouldn't bother me but it does." I started. "Kendall hasturned the internet against me."
Shawn pushed me away, placing his hands on my shoulders.
"If it bothers you, I'll take care of it, love."
I wiped my eyes and signed.
"It's okay. I just need to stay away from it." I responded.
"It's not okay Mellie. If she's bothering you, I'll talk toher."
It was sweet how he wanted to help but I didn't see the pointin causing more drama. He looked deep into my eyes and rubbed my arms. Hereached into his back pocket and took out his phone. Grabbing my hand, he ledme over to the couch and sat down, pulling me onto his lap.
One of the best feelings in the world is being held bysomeone. It was so peaceful and soothing. I rested my head on his chest as hescrolled through his phone.
"That bitch." he said, scrolling through Kendall's lies.
He continued to type away on his phone with one hand whilethe other held me close. The size difference between us was remarkable.
I stood 5'1", on a good day. Shawn was at least 6'0" withouteven trying. I have alway been slim and it was extremely hard for me to put onweight. No, I was not anorexic, trust me, I've been down that road.
Shawn was muscular and tones. He could easily lift three ofme without blinking. I wonder if we had kids, if they would be short like me ortall? Would they have pale skin or tan like Shawn?
Shawn's phone started ringing, causing me to snap out of mydaydream.
"I need to take this." he said, sliding me onto the couch andkissing my forehead.
He walked over to the sliding doors leading to the balcony.
Shawn'sPOV
"What?" I answered.
"Where are you?" Nick asked.
"Mars."
"Dude seriously." he demanded.
"My apartment dipshit, where else would I be?"
"Well you need to get your shit sefl here right now." hegroaned.
"I'm busy."
"Your father is here." he said with absolutely no laughter.
Was he trying to be funny or something? Did he think that sayingmy dad was there that I would just drop what I was doing and run to him?
"Don't joke around with me."
"Get here, now." he said with a click.
Fuck.
I opened the door and stepped back inside. Mellie was stillcurled up on the couch, waiting for my return. It tore me up inside that I hadto leave her.
"Mel," I called, causing her to sit up and face me. "I needto go into the office."
Her mouth slightly opened but quickly closed.
"I'll be back soon." I said, running up the stairs.
"What am I supposed to do?" she asked, following me.
I threw my shirt to the side and grabbed a clean dress shirt.
"Wait here." I replied, buttoning the last button.
"Can I go with?" she asked, sitting on the bed.
"No."
"Why not?" she asked, looking at her hands.
"Because I said no."
I slid off my jeans and grabbed my suit pants.
"Something came up."
I sat down next to her on the bed to put my pants on. Sheavoided all eye contact.
"Are you mad at me?" she whispered.
"God no. Why would you ask something so stupid?"
"I didn't put out like you wanted." she said, still avoidingeye contact.
I chucked and zipped my pants. I crouched down in front ofher tiny body. I slid my hands up her skirt, stopping at her thighs.
"The only person I'm mad at is Kendall." I started. "Don'tlisten to what she says. I'll take care of her later."
She finally looked into my eyes. I could tell she was sad.
"Can I please go with you?" she begged, placing her hands onmy shoulders.
I moved my hands further up her skirt and ran my fingersalong the lace trim of her panties. I moved my face close to hers.
"No." I whispered in her ear.
I stood up and kissed her on her forehead. I grabbed my suitjacket, a tie and a pair of socks and ran down the stairs.
"That wasn't nice." she moaned.
"Nice guys finish last hun." I chuckled, putting my socks andshoes on.
She got really quiet and I couldn't seem to hear her.
"Mel?" I asked, walking into the living room so that I couldlook up into the loft.
She was standing against the railing wearing only her bra andmatching panties.
I moaned at the sight of her.
"Now that's not nice." I said, biting my lips.
I forgot what I was doing. All I wanted at thismoment in time was Melody. She motioned for me to come to her.
My phone buzzed in my jacket pocket. I tried toignore it but it wouldn't stop. I was seriously debating going back upstairs.
My phone would not shut up. I gave in and took it out. Liam had been callingand texting me to make sure I was on my way.
"I'll be back love."
She turned away from the railing and ran down thestairs after me as I was leaving. I quickly spun around and her passionately. Pulling her closer to me andsqueezing her ass.
I tried to get away but she wouldn't let go.
"When will you beback?" she whined, holding onto me tighter.
"An hour." I replied, prying her arms off of me, kissing herone last time and then rushing out the door before she could get a hold of meagain.
She peaked her head outside the door.
"Lock the door. I mean it Melody." I turned around andordered.
The door swiftly shut and locked.
I took the elevator down the the garage floor and rushed tomy car. I really needed to just deal with this and get back home. Seeing Mel isalmost nothing made me go weak in the knees. I skidded out of the garaged anddrove 'slightly' over the speed limit to get to the office.
I ran in and was greeted by Zac.
"Finally." he said, ushering me into the elevator.
I fixed my suit and hair on the ride up.
"He's in your office." Zac said, as the elevator doors opened.
I hurried to my open and flung open the door.
It was empty.
"What the fuck?"
Andrew came running down the hallway.
"He left! He said he wasn't going to wait around for youanymore. So I told him you were home." Andrew said. "That's what you get forkeeping people waiting."
"When did he leave?" I asked, reaching for my phone.
I took off running for the elevator with Andrew close behind.
"Shit. Shit. Shit." I yelled.
"It's no big deal! He'll just be there when you get there."he said, trying to fix the situation.
"You idiot! Melody is there!" I yelled as I reached theelevators.
I was in some deep shit if my father got to Melody before Idid.
